I had gone to 2 other oral surgeons and none of them found out what was wrong with me until I came to see dr. SHELBY. My husband had an impacted wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. John G Orfanos. I also got my dental implant done by Dr. Orfanos yesterday. I have been eating regular food since yesterday. I just have to avoid chewing food on the side where I got my implant done. No bleeding post-​procedure or no pain at all. I was expecting at least a little bit of pain (No swelling either) but Dr. Orfanos did an amazing job. If anyone who is looking for an oral surgeon for implant or teeth extractions, I strongly recommend Dr. Orfanos. He is very patient and professional. OMSH office place is immaculate and all the staffs are very friendly.

This place is awesome! I came to get my lower wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. Seidel is amazing. She made the whole experience much better. I had very little pain and am healing nicely. I definitely recommend this office for wisdom teeth extraction.

The best place to get your wisdom tooth extracted! The facility was very well kept and the décor was absolutely adorable. The overall staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. The doctor and nurses were extremely friendly. The day I had my wisdom tooth, the doctor sat and talked with my mom in the waiting area before the surgery and waited with her after I had finished my surgery. Overall, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a dentist office. I even recommended this facility to my friends who need their wisdom tooth removed!

My dentist recommended this facility and I see why! I had a great experience at this facility! Got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. Went for a consultant about a month before the procedure. Met with Dr. Sediel who was amazing very personable did not feel as if I was just another client! She broke down the entire procedure and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. When it was time to set up the appointment for the actual wisdom teeth removal I set it up with Courtney. Courtney was also amazing, she was very helpful. Gave me tips on what I may experience the day of the procedure. She also called to remind me of the procedure a few days before and once again answered all my questions and gave tips. Great customer service. The day of procedure Dr. Sediel and the entire staff was amazing made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. When I returned for my follow-​up met with Dr. Sediel again she was amazing. As I waited to sign out Courtney again was amazing with great customer service. Definitely will recommend this facility!

Dr. Metz is an awesome surgeon! My brother had his wisdom teeth extracted during the summer and didn’t have to miss any of his practices for two-​a-​days. The entire staff was wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of Oral Surgery.

Had my consultation today and I enjoyed speaking with my doctor. He did good at explaining the procedure for my wisdom tooth extraction (super organized and had a packet all ready for me) and was able to book my surgery super fast (within the next two weeks).
I pushed back a lot on the need to do IV anesthesia (Aka I hate being put to sleep) but he was pretty patient on explaining why it needed to be done, so I appreciated that. I have a fear of dentists and doctors in general, and they put me at ease. I was seen right on schedule and was in and out in no time.
The price was not bad at all either! Would recommend.

I have an unbelievable fear of the dentist. Everyone there made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. I truly hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do I will have no worries about going back.

Great experience with a fibroma removal from my cheek. Staff was very friendly and everything was on time. Dr. Seidel was great. Highly recommend!

I have had such a great experience here. I am usually very nervous and scared to go to the dentist. When I got here it was warm and cozy. A few people were even sleeping in the waiting room. I thought that was funny. The people who work here are so nice and friendly. Dr Metz had the best bed side manner, and after I got my wisdom teeth out I never had one problem, not one. I had no pain, a little swelling but nothing to major or noticeable, and they are great at letting me know how to do things and take care of what’s going on in my mouth. I highly recommend them, even my mom has an appointment soon.

Dr. Metz is great. He has removed my son’s wisdom teeth. He is also consulting on my daughters implants. He was the first doctor we saw about my daughter who gave us an answer that made sense. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, the staff, and the doctors.

I wish I can give 0 star. … Girl Courtney on the phone is rude and unhelpful.

This place, like any oral sugeon facility, scared the bejesus out of me when I first visited. (I was going to get my wisdom teeth taken care of.) But when Dr. Seidle introduced herself, she calmed me down and explained the whole process to me. Safe to say she’s probably the best doctor I’ve dealt with in medicine, hands down. She’s thorough, gentle, and knows what she’s doing. As weel as taking the time and energy to remember who I was and always asked about how things are going. The staff as well, is always friendly and ready to make friends with their patients. Can’t wait till my tooth hurts again! Just kidding…

After a bad experience 10 years ago, I was terrified to have a tooth pulled. It turned out, thanks to Dr. John Orfanos, that the extraction was a walk in the park. Dr. Orfanos is warm, reassuring, and professional. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, listened carefully to my concerns, and — most importantly — laughed at my jokes. He really put me at ease. The office and exam rooms were immaculate. The entire staff was friendly and I had no issues with scheduling. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Orfanos.

The staff is friendly and patient. I am very dentist phobic and they were able to put me at ease quickly. The doctor seemed to really listen to my concerns and was able to address all my emergency needs faster than I thought possible. I had impacted wisdom teeth removed, an abscessed molar removed, and bone grafting all in the same visit. I will return without hesitation if I need an implant or further dental work. The office is clean and inviting, and even the receptionists are polite and helpful.

Love OMSH! Everyone from the doctors to the office staff is amazing. Dr. Seidel is professional, experienced and personable. I am not a fan of anything involving dental work — but I absolutely love this office. Nice facility and friendly people.

Quality services, state of the art facility, and very friendly and caring staff. Can run behind on scheduling, but because of the personal attention they pay to each patient. Tip — schedule early in the day. Not inexpensive but worth the price.
