Very dishonest and shady company. Believe the other reviews. They are only there to rip you off in any way they can. Stay away.

Horrible furniture. Horrible service. I spent over $ 1800 LESS than a year ago on LEATHER furniture from these thieves store and its already falling apart. Their furniture is cheaply made, it doesn’t last, and yet they charge you full price. I would never buy furniture from this store again. You’re better off going to Gallery! Next time, that’s where i’m going once I can sell these crappy furniture.

Sooooo I warned other people about them and now they have slandered my name all over the internet, which is libel and is illegal. My lawyer has tried contacting them several times but Michael and Ana keep hanging up on her. We need to serve them so we can move forward with the lawsuit. But these crooks are terrible people and they know how to evade the law. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! i contacted the BBB, Progressive, and the consumer affairs dept in Tx. They didnt respond to any of them. now, theyre hanging up on my lawyer. CROOKS AND LIARS!!! STAY AWAY!!! All the good reviews are from employees!!!

I went here awhile ago while looking for furniture for a new apartment. When I walked in I was shocked, this place is EXTREMELY tiny. I have seen McDonald’s that are larger! It literally took about a minute and a half to look at everything in the entire store and I am not exaggerating one bit. I quickly noticed too that they do not post any prices. The sales girl had the nerve to ask me «See anything you like?» I just said no, but wanted to say UMMM well seeing as there is next to nothing in here NO. I had previously signed up online to receive emails from them, but once I knew I wouldn’t be getting any furniture from there I tried to opt out of the emails… with no luck. There are currently 68 emails from Orbmik Furniture in my ‘Junk’ box. Yesterday alone I received 9 emails from them… yes, 9! I have also received personal text messages from the owner, one stating «Can you come to one of our 2 locations today?’ I wrote back and said «No because I bought all of my furniture elsewhere, I was extremely disappointed in the selection at Orbmik.» She then proceeded to text me asking me which location I went to and which salesperson did I work with. When I didn’t respond to that she asked me my first and last name. I was really irritated having someone (the manager I guess) sending me text messages and asking for personal information. Wish I could give this place 0 stars, I am not sure how they are still in business.
