If you can help it, do NOT use Ozarka. Every single month I get an email stating my delivery will be delayed. So, just to test the theory of bull$hit I changed my delivery date. Rinse, repeat. Same email different month. If I go to purchase something, of they dont have what I need I go elsewhere. I cancelled my service and had them pick up my cooler. I love my delivery guy, but I’m not going to lie down like all the other idiot consumers and pay for a service that doesn’t deliver according to the agreement. Once, shame on you. 2, 3, 4 times, shame on me. I gave repeated chances because I believe everyone makes mistakes/over commits, etc., but this is just crappy management. Not on my dime.
