Three only because of Dr. Chimata herself. The wait is always well over an hour past your appointment time! (This may be common at doctors offices but that’s no excuse for poor service! Stand above the rest and respect your clients time!). The billing staff gets the billing wrong even if you patiently ask for it to be corrected and explain the misunderstanding. Go for Chimatas experience and passion, leave because of poor service!
