Horrible Cust Service, Drive-thru server with shiny face and one long connected eyebrow, that looked like a moustache — Oluwatoyin. Can’t get order right, nasty attitude. Shouldn’t ever be allowed to work in customer service let alone food service. No Manager on duty, was told she was out of town for a week — no one knew number to corp office or number for manager, which explains why staff is incompetent. WILLNEVERGOTOANOTHERPANDAEXPRESSAGAIN. If I spend my hard earned money I expect to get my order right or at least not have to deal with a nasty attitude. What kind of representative of Panda Express is she — I guess they don’t care who they put as the face of their store. Stay away from this place.

I am tired of these restaurants who care nothing about putting too much salt sugar or msg in their damn food. You know if I get a panic attack that lasts 3 days after I eat there something is not right! I try 3 times after the third time it happens again I quit eating there. Vietnamese Soup never made me feel as bad as this junk. Guess young people can tolerate most of it — not me. My body doesn’t break down the chemicals as well as it used to.

Very slow service in the drive through at 8pm on a Monday night. We were stationary for about 10 minutes after ordering. The car two in front’s order was taking a while, there should be a parking spot where cars can move into if they need to wait for their order to ensure the line keeps moving. When we got to the window our food was bagged and ready to go, but was luke warm as it had been sitting for a while. Also no Dr Pepper!

Food was very bad. The lo mein tasted and looked like uncooked ramen noodles. The Beijing chicken was very tough. Fried rice tasted off. My family and I were very hungry after just arriving into town, but could not choke down ANYTHING from the meals we purchased.

I live close, so I really hoped that this one would be good. On more than one occasion the staff was rude, I had to take the food back because either the food was way too over cooked or it was literally still raw. I have given this store many chances because I believe that everyone has a bad day but I’ve had enough. The«manager» Karla was the worst! It was despicable how rude and out of line she was. I work in the industry and I would NEVER talk to someone the way she spoke to my wife and I. I’m writing this review, doing the survey and contacting corporate. I’m sick and tired of their awful service.

Other reviews are pretty spot on. I do enjoy panda express but this location is no good. The bins are almost always empty and we have to wait for one entrée or another every time. Business hours are confusing: they always close earlier than the time on the door states. Ive been there 30 mins before close and they told me «we only have orange chicken and white rice». Wow bad business. The manager Karla is rude and when you address a problem with your order she gets attitude and blames it on you. For ex. I asked for mixed veggies and when I sat down to eat, I noticed there was only broccoli & it was super hard(raw). I went to let the manager know(Karla) and she said«Wow you almost ate it all. Are you trying to get more free?». I was shocked and upset. I showed her the receipt, that states, i paid 3 minutes before I returned the food, how could I eat all the food in 3 minutes. She didn’t say one word, she walked away and had someone else hand me veggies. NEVERAGAIN at this location. Bad customer service from management They close different hours everyday Food is eeh

Three star is really too much but the guy [iris] actually apologized when they forgot something. I’ve been here 4 times and every time they forgot something. Mostly the fortune cookie . Thank you iris for apologizing for the error that many of your co workers didn’t think about doing.

For a Chinese buffet, not that great. It sure looks Chinese, but the food is tossed together with meat all the time. None of this stuff is healthy. Not vegetarian friendly. Food feels and looks like its just plain noodles and covered in oil. They even serve coke. The chinese food at malls are way tastier. Panda Express was a disappointment to me. It has nothing to do with pandas or bamboo!

For starters I love panda express. Unfortunately today was the exception. Line was long. Under staffed! String bean chicken is mainly string bean, chicken was extremely scarce. Mixed vegis were rushed and very crunchy and not to mention the portion was pathetic. Slopped into the container just trying to get to the next guest. I don’t recommend going here at lunch time. For what you pay here I recommend you find a good buffet instead.

This is the worst Panda Express. It’s a buffet and they never seem to full it. And drive through and long as hell! Hate hate this place!

Fast but my String Bean Chicken breast has 5 little pieces of chicken and lots of overcook untasty beans. Guacala, I won’t eat there even I would be very hungry.

It’s 9:30 pm and I really wanted some kind of Asian food. Panda Express is the closest to me and I normally get the chow mein with orange chicken(classic– can’t go wrong). The restaurant itself looks closed(which I expected) so I decided to just drive around to see if the drive– thru is open… The sign on top of the entrance was lit up saying it was«OPEN» so I went through. No one said anything so I waited and said hello a few times. No answer. I drive off and see employees cleaning inside. Turn that sign off if yall are closed! My body will probably thank me later for not getting any late night food except now I’m hangry– Unilocaling so… Not cool.

Very slow! Unprepared for lunch time rush. From time to enter drive thru to leaving about 10 mins. Huge line of cars behind. Staff not very efficient. Recommendation: more staff during peak hours to accommodate demand. Sorry can only go so far.

So this is Panda Express, so almost by definition it cannot be any higher rating since it has to compete wiht all of the wonderful options off of Bellaire. That being said perhaps it is a 3.5 stars at least for my visit. I haven’t been to a Panda Express for years but I found a manger’s card for a free 2 entrée plate with a small drink while cleaning out my glove compartment. Who hoo… off we go. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, the Chinese Ribs, and fried rice. First the shrimp, not very good — no real flavor and very few walnuts(they were good). The fried rice was bland with very little flavor. Not bad just nothing to really get excited about(however a generous portion). The ribs however were the star of the meal. They were surprisingly nicely spicey with a chilie lingering flavor on your lips — yum! Messy but worth it. A generous portion of 5 very meaty ribs! This made the trip worthwhile and they would be over 4 stars by themselves. Now the unfortunately news. Whoever swept the floor the night before or in the morning did a poor job. I could see rice on the floor and peas, e tc.(some spilt fried rice?). A couple of the servers had hair nets — GOOD but no one was wearing food gloves as they scooped their food. In all, a good meal — met my expectations for a fast food Chinese restaurant. I may have to return for some more ribs…

Awful service! They never have Teriyaki Chicken and when they say 5 – 10 minutes they mean half an hour to 45. To make it worst, the last time had me waiting for half an hour to tell me with the order that I had to get white rice because they didn’t have Chow mein. Completely disrespectful to the customer.

Avoid at all cost. unless you have time to wait. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and food was not fresh. And then the Lady had an attitude when I pulled to the window –_–

Blah… the food went down but was not good. Got two separate entrees and could not distinguish the taste between them. Surprised with the selection of Chinese and Asian restaurants in Houston a chain like this can survive here.

Very unclean and poor food. The whole restaurant is covered in sticky grime, from the floor to the tables. I can’t imagine what the kitchen is like. Even though it was dirty I decided to give the food a chance. What was I thinking, right? Big mistake as well. Most of the meat options were gone and it was barely 11:30. What I did get was over cooked meats and undercooked veggies. I got the veg medley as a side and the zucchini and cabbage were mush while the broccoli was hard. Just really poor quality food. The only good thing was friendly staff.

First and last time here. The taco bell of Asian foods has finally arrived. This collection of pseudo eastern corporate invention looks and tastes like any tv dinner that should be reserved for only emergencies.
