Papa John’s Pizza

Worst store ever!!! I placed an online order with store#742 at 4:00 pm on Monday January 12^th and requested it be delivered at 7:00 pm the same day. When 7:20 rolled around I wondered where my pizza was. I called the store and talked with Chris, who said they are looking up the information. I was put on hold and a woman by the name of «Cassie or Casandra», but let’s call her Cassie to streamline this review. She answered and said they do not deliver to my address (near Houston, Texas 77 092). I have ordered from this location multiple times. When I asked why they did notnotify me and let me know this information she informed me it was not her job. I did not like this response and asked to speak with a manager. Before she put me on hold, she mumbled «Hey some JERK is on the phone… Click» I waited on hold for about 4-​min, before Chris picked back up and told me they would get a manager. I then waited on hold for another 4-​min, before I hung upand called back again asking what is the problem. Cassie then said «the manager is too busy to talk with me and I need to call a different store». I told her that I am a customer and I am not happy and I wanted the Pizza I ordered. She said it is not her job to call me and tell me they don’t deliver to my address.

I called customer service that evening and they said they would have the franchise owner call me the next day.
These employees were the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever dealt with In my life. They should not be representing Pappa John’s in any capacity with the way they treated me.

Well needless to say, it is Wednesday January 14^th and I have not received a phone call. I know this is not the way John Schnatter wants his business run.

Not bad for a chain pizza place, they always make sure your order is right and delivery is the usual 45 minutes. My only complaint is that they close way to early on a Saturday night and their drivers often forget my extra garlic butter. If I’m craving greasy, quick pizza Papa Johns is the place to go.

I only order pizza from this location when I’m working over here at night, so maybe once every other month over the last year. They forget toppings literally every time I order from them. They once offered to put a credit on my account for the mistake and then a month later when I tried to use the credit they had no record of it. I place all orders online and always create my own, so I think the custom order completely throws off the idiots they have making the pizzas. One time they left off 3 of my 7 toppings… Tonight they left off pepperoni

Accurate and prompt ordering. Whether I’ve called in an order or placed it online, my pizzas are hot and ready when I’m told they will be. The employees are friendly enough but definitely nothing above and beyond here.

Quick, delivery time and friendly drivers. This is probably the quickest location I’ve ever ordered delivery from. Also, a good experience on the pick-​up side. Good, fresh Papa John’s pizza!
