I was leased by Nelson Perla who was professional until I signed the contract, and would later hang me up or give a standoffish attitude when I asked for my package. The maintenance likes to come in and redecorate your apartment substantially with no notice given regardless of your time schedule. Kids like to have screaming matches out in the courtyard until 11 pm, which wouldn’t have bothered me as much had I not had thin windows and walls that retain almost no heat.
No, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
