Disclaimer: I’m only 4 ½ mos pregnant, so I can’t comment on the labor/delivery process. I do want to go ahead and write because I LOVE Dr. Shi. They do deliver for their own patients and, even if Dr. Shi is not available for some reason, I trust their office to provide me with great care. She does have a resident in the office who certainly needs some practice, but I also LOVE Dr. Shi’s nurse, Karen, and feel totally comfortable reaching out to her if I’m ever concerned or feeling uncomfortable. Features: — Well trained and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. — Very attentive. All of my emails to the office via MyChart have been answered in well under 24hours, occasionally in just 15 minutes. — Traditional office wait time. Usually 5 — 15 minutes, but on one occasion I did have to wait for an hour because there was a delivery that morning that my doctor performed, and it was coming back from Spring Break and everything was crazy(in the office and patients being late). — Here is where I docked a star: Billing. Their billing coordinator has yet to call me back, and in just 4 months of pregnancy has already made *several* billing mistakes. Luckily I have Aetna insurance and their customer service rocks, so they’re helping me sort everything out. I intend to come back and update this Fall after a(hopefully) successful delivery!

I’ve been coming here for years and am never disappointed in my visits. The staff is super friendly and extremely professional. The doctors are well-educated, sympathetic, concerned for their patients — just everything you want your doctor to be, and more! If you are looking for a new doctor or a second opinion, ladies — check this place out!
