Would highly recommend that you find a DIFFERENT vendor for your event. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. My company had an event that got rained out and as of today, they still owe me $ 500 from our event that was canceled in April. I have made repeated phone calls and sent many emails to Irene requesting the refund which she had assured me would be issued. Phone calls are not returned and emails are not responded to. I wish I had seen the negative reviews on Google and the negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau website before I had made arrangements with them. FINDANOTHERVENDOR.
