Watch out for this particular Pearl Vision. The Dr. Is nice but some of the staff are unprofessional. I was told I needed glasses for reading. I ordered progressive glasses. When I picked them up I couldn’t see. I was afraid of falling off a curb or worse. I refused the glasses and asked for a refund. I was charged a fifty dollar restocking fee and I have been waiting 10 days for the refund. I originally paid by debit so they got there money right away. My entire family were loyal customers there. None of us will be going back. Bad very bad business. My suggestion is that the Dr. Get a better business manager.

Sarah, thanks for answering the phone and telling me it would be a $ 10 fee to pick up a pair of trial contacts when the pharma companies will not allow you to dispense lens for a profit, when questioned you said it was a stocking fee, hmm. You did not volunteer to get my prescription from the Bunker Hill location as you stated each location is owned by a separate franchisee, you lost a customer, way to go!
