This place sucks and i will never come back here again. I came here in the last 2 years. I was always prepared by removing my contacts before my eye exam. When i came in, the lady who is the eye technician asked me to put the contacts in and read the letter chart by cover left eye then right eye. Then she asked me to take contacts out so she can do some test. Why didnt she do the test fisrt.

If you are wondering whether or not you should go here you just need to ask yourself two questions: Do I love dealing with fools? Do I love being bent over and robbed? If you answered «no» to either question… this place IS NOT FOR YOU. (Totally the right place if you if you hate yourself and love being miserable).
I needed a new pair of glasses and an eye exam. Bought a Groupon for $ 50… still ended up paying an additional $ 150. Their selections are really pretty bad. And **BONUS*** you get a little shadow sales person to stalk your every move and then when you finally concede and tell her your style… she’ll bring you everything except for what you asked for. «Oh, you like subtle and classic? How about thick frames? No? How about 1990s wire frames? No?»
Then they acted like getting the glasses done in two hours was superhuman fast, even though I’ve always had mine done within that time frame (I live out of town and needed them) and then they ended up getting them done in 20 minutes. It was as though this was their first time with a real person and they didn’t know what the hell they were quite actually doing.
Add to that the fact that I asked to also be fitted for contacts or at least told what my contact prescription was and they told me it would be AN ADDITIONAL $ 200 DOLLARS (what the flying *#%! rip off shop are they running!?)
For real y’all. Just don’t. Just don’t do it.

First of all, I have been going to eye doctors and wearing glasses for the past 17 years and I have NEVER had an experience like this. I visited this location one year ago and it was fine. This visit though, was enough for me to never ever fucking come back again. My appointment was booked for 10:30am, being the good customer that I am, I came in at 10:15 in case they needed to update my insurance or personal file. I sat for a full HOUR AND 15 minutes before I was called up to do the simple air puff in the eye test which took 2 minutes then was instructed to go back to sitting in the waiting room. The whole time I was sitting there, the TV was blaring The Real which is a daytime television show. This wouldn’t be a problem except for there were children sitting in the waiting area while the TV was talking about sex, alcohol, and drag queens. INAPPROPRIATE! I saw trash under the chairs because there wasn’t a trash can in sight. A lady had to literally call her insurance company herself because the receptionist was incapable of looking up her policy and coverage. In the meantime, the other piece of shit receptionist just sat there eating her food. Fast forward and it is now 11:50 by the time I am called to the room. The doctor flipped so fast between lenses, saying 1 or 2 that I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat it again. Then she said wait one minute and left me sitting in there for another 15 minutes. In all, I didn’t leave the place with my prescription until 12:30. I thought my nightmare was over but when I got home I looked at the prescription and realized the idiot receptionist had only handed me the one for glasses, not the one for my contacts. So here I am, back in this shit hole of an eye doctor clinic to pick up my other prescription.
Don’t have a huge sign in the front saying walk ins welcome if you can’t even handle the customers who made an appointment.
Don’t hire idiots to work at the front desk who can’t even hand the right paper work to your patrons.
