Worst latte ever and I asked how do I get the Latte in the picture which is displayed in the concourse of the terminal which is why I stopped there in the first place and he said«only special people make them» !!! Seriously?! Peets Tea & coffee — train your staff to make the coffee you display in your advertising posters. False advertising as is the oatmeal displayed in the cabinet of which you don’t have any…

Stopped at the one in the Houston airport and ended up puking my guts up for two days. Started within an hour of drinking milk from there. Date was good but milk was not kept to temperature in the open cooler. Bad business. I have spent the last two days unable to fly home because of the extent of this food poisoning. Yes it was the milk. I traveled with a companion and to save money we split meals. The only thing I had on my own was this bottle of milk.

We were here on the evening of January 10th; I got a plain coffee and my friend purchased a little carton of milk. We had both eaten the same goods all day long from Pittsburgh to Houston, except for her having this milk. Within an hour, she began feeling nauseous, and having serious stomach problems. It’s now been over 36 hours and she is STILL sick. If it had simply been spoiled milk, she would have felt better pretty quickly after throwing up the milk; however, only a contamination from parasites or bacteria could cause this kind of food poisoning. Beware of this place; if one carton if milk is contaminated, there’s no telling what else is contaminated at this location. There’s also no telling how many other customers may have already been affected! Health department, come check it out!

12÷07÷15: Just copied review from other Peets. Once this location goes live, will give that location a 1 star review. Went back today to new Peets. Took 8 min to walk down, grab coffee and get back to gate. Nice short walk to gates 1 – 5 with a people mover and no line. Also, Chick fil A breakfast is also at gates 1 – 5. I mentioned that below but it was worth mentioning again. :P THEREARE2PEETS at HOU!!! Apparently the location at gate 1 has been open a little over a month(as of 11/17/15.) There is a Chick fil A, a Peets and a Pappasitos at the new gates 1 – 5. Road Warriors, you can get your coffee and get back to your gate(moving walkways) faster than standing in the other line. My 5 star review is for the location at gate 1. I would give the other location a 1 or 2 star(tons of employees, slowest coffee line ever.) Took 15 to 20 min to get a drip coffee one week. –_– Go to gate 1!!! It is a nice morning walk and will probably save you time if you are more than 5 to 10 ppl back in the other line.

I got an Iced Machiato, and I don’t plan on finishing it. My boyfriend took a sip and said, «the good thing is that you don’t have to share anymore». I’ll work on it a little more only because I paid over $ 7 for it, but I doubt the barista made it right. It’s unbelievably, cloyingly sweet and has a grainy texture. Pretty gross. I asked it to be made with soy milk since she said they were out of skim.

Yes it’s a major chain. But when it comes to airports I’ll take Peet’s over Starbucks any day. For a hot airport snack, I like to get ghetto steel cut oatmeal. It’s quick and easy. Comes with dried blueberries, toasted almonds and brown sugar on the side.

Need to wait in a long long line just for a water? Doesn’t make sense, over 15 people standing to place coffee drinks orders, after waiting for 10 minutes I walked and asked the cashier, I just need to get a water do I need to wait She said yeap :(, so no thanks

Peet’s Coffee and Tea, with many different coffee drinks to choose from but only green tea. I was extremely frustrated by my experience here. I arrived at the airport for my 6 am flight and wanted to get a hot, black tea, my caffeinated beverage of choice, before my flight. Folks in front of me ordered all manner of coffee and coffee variety drinks but when I arrived at the counter and asked for a black tea, I was told they only had green tea available. They offered me a chai tea latte but I didn’t want a sugar hit in the morning, just a black tea. This should be, for a place that has the word«tea» in it’s name, standard. Just as one would be beyond annoyed not to be able to get a standard coffee, I am beyond annoyed not to have gotten a standard tea. This is really obnoxious. I was so excited to see a Peet’s in the airport but I’ll never visit again; you let me down Peet’s Coffee and(maybe) Tea(if we feel like it today).

Friendly employees, seemed a bit over staffed for a thursday. Ordered an iced vanilla latte, tastes great and is perfect for my between flight fix. I have tried the peets coffee home brew from the store and it’s world’s apart from ordering at the source!

The line is always LONG. Always. But I’m glad they’re there — because for early morning flights, coffee is a must! My flight left at 5:30 am, and they were open when I got there at 4:45-ish. Coffee is fine. They are conveniently located at the fork to the different ends of the terminal.

I am going to keep this short and sweet. The muffin I got was too sweet. The coffee was alright but I think the milk got a little burnt and they didn’t put sugar free syrup in it, which i requested. The line was very long but I think if people realized there was a Dunkin down the terminal a bit more then this line wouldn’t have been so long… wish I knew the secret. Sigh — probably not worth the time to wait or money for the subpar product but it gets you a fix of caffeine fi that’s what you are looking for.

We live on Peets. Have patronized many of them. And the one here done f-up a CUPOFCOFFEE and a simple latte. Honestly worse coffee than 7 – 11. Not drinkable. How? How can you take Peets beans and make such a horrendous cup of coffee? Someone utterly failed in training the bored underpaid workers here. Peets, your regional manager here needs to be supervised or replaced.

They didn’t have matcha or almond milk. I risked the caramel macchiato and it was horrible — too sweet and the coffee was nonexistent. Bottom line, not Starbucks.

HORRIBLE!!! Like water. No flavor and it seems they missed a few things when making my mocha. Such a disappointment– usually Peets is decent or good. If you must have coffee go elsewhere.

The coffee is delicious, the service was quick, the cashier was very friendly and pleasant but when I tried to redeem a coupon she wanted to check with her manager to see if they accepted them at this location – no problem. But the manager was obviously not in a good mood today. It’s fine to be having a bad day, but the customers shouldn’t see that, nor should your junior employees. And by the way, they don’t accept the coupons at this location. To be clear, I’m perfectly fine with keeping my coupon and using it later at another Peet’s location. But minus two stars for the manager’s attitude.

Only good coffee spot in Houston Airport. Line moves fast, friendly staff, odd design layout, but espresso does the job and the coffee is decent. The coffee could be A LOT better, but it works for an airport. Stop here every time I travel through. Iced Coffee + Sweet n Low get it!

Good coffee(very similar to Starbucks and similar prices) Staff are doing a good job even doing busy hours. The choice of food is limited(mainly muffins)

I always stop at Peet’s for an iced coffee before my flights out of Houston… I just don’t always get to have one. The line is usually very long, but they typically move it pretty fast. Still, if you are late for a flight(like I oftentimes am), then the wait times can be problematic. Nonetheless, the coffee is good. I always enjoy it. BOTTOMLINE: Good place for a coffee in Hobby Airport.

Peet’s is very much like a Starbucks. Their menu is very similar and their prices are comparable. There is not a lot of variety or choice when you are in the airport. They are a great replacement since there is no Starbucks. There are coffees and lattes and different muffins and bagels. The great thing is they are inside the check in so anything you buy you can bring on the plane. I would return again.

It’s an airport coffee joint. The service was quick, pleasant, and efficient. What more do you want, seriously. The pastry selection was decent bite or didn’t look fresh and it wasn’t specific to this place as you would find the same selection at the newsstands.
