I called today to inquire about pricing; I was treated rudely on the phone by an employee with an attitude and he was unprofessional by just answering a business phone with«hello.» You should be professional and answer the phone of your place of employment with the name of where you work and a good attitude. He then proceeded to rudely ask me if I wanted to book an appointment and being new to the area I asked if they accepted walk ins when he provided the answer«no we do appointments» a tone and in a snark manner. I guess I should have apologized for being a potential client with a few questions and taking time out of his work day to ask a few questions about his place of employment. I just hope he learns a lesson if this review is read and is a little more courteous to potential future clients and gets a better phone personality and change of attitude.

Worst salon experience ever. Arrogant owner who took an hour and a half to trim ¼ of an inch from my hair. He was too busy chatting with the customer in the next chair and showing her pictures of his fun night out the evening before. He charged an arm and a leg(cash only!) for an awful trim and then basically took a 30% tip from me. I was so baffled by his audacity and annoyed with the experience that I just let it be. Now I am reminded of the whole experience and get annoyed anytime I pass the place.
