If you’re craving phở late at night. This is the place to go. Don’t expect top tier phở but it’s decent to fill your craving of late night phở.

My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time last night. We both got beef eye round phở and really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back for the phở. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because they don’t deliver and we wish they did!

I’ve never had warm phở served to me in awhile. The broth could be good but just lacked a little more seasoning. It was really oily and I couldn’t finish it. I ate the meat and some noodles and I was done. Also been awhile since I left without finishing the whole bowl. The nem nhuong spring rolls were also ok. Nothing special about this place that would make me want to come back. With so many places around bellaire I don’t think I will be seeing this place again anytime soon.

Went here for a late night bite, yet came home with a severe case of food poisoning. I ordered the Banh Bot Loc La from the appetizers, when they came out they appeared to be microwaved, and something about the dish seemed off. I never expected to feel as horrible as the way I do now. Long story short, their food probably isn’t fresh. BEWARE and save yourselves.

I give them 2 stars because they have clean restrooms and nice interior décor. That’s it! The food was horrible. We ordered«banh canh cua» which OMG has so much mushrooms in it. I never seen«banh canh» has mushrooms in it before, a very weird taste. And phở, the broth had so much msg that made my whole mouth tingling and numb for awhile. My husband’s «hu tieu mi «was really bad too. The mi noodle was hard and stick tight together and its broth had awful lots of msg again. I am sorry to give them a bad rating but when I looked around, I see a lot of other people barely touched their food when they left. I saw they left the whole plate of rice barely touched on the meat. I didn’t try the rice so I can’t say much about it but I have a feeling that is not any better than my phở and banh cang cua, that’s why people left it there. My opinion is that they have too much on their menu and none are good. They need to concentrate on fewer good courses. Over all. I wouldn’t come back here. Tan tan is much better or Ramen noodle is much better

I was looking for some late night café or restaurant which were open on Christmas eve after friend found might be open till 2am. This is a typical Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant has everything such as phở, sandwich, and rice. and all kinds of Vietnamese food. We enjoyed everything. Thank you. Merry Christmas!

This place might be one of the worst places I have ever eaten in my life. Regardless that it is Vietnamese cuisine(my favorite), there was no redemption. I have been here several times with different people. The only reason I went was because it opened late. Thinking it was going to be a typical Phở restaurant, the first time my friend and I ordered Phở. It was so oily and salty. Now, everyone makes Phở differently depending on the region of Vietnam they are from and that is totally fine. But I think this place was in for short cuts. I noticed that they do a Phở Challenge and for $ 25, you can try to eat all of the two pounds of meat and noodles plus the side veggies that come with the meal. If you win, you don’t pay and your picture goes on the wall of fame. Aside from that fun fact, this restaurant is the dumps. My friend got terribly sick for two days after eating at this place! The second time I went, I thought maybe they had a bad night and my friend just had a sensitive tummy. This time, they messed up for sure. I didn’t mind the oily Phở, but I do mind a nasty and oily Bun Bo Hue. This is a regular go to dish for me and it is never extremely spicy that you can’t swallow. This particular one was spicy as mess that my first spoonful shot me to hell! Coughing violently, I take a sip of lemonade and see that their glass is dirty! I tried to ask the owner if I could switch the dish out for something else, since I didn’t eat it. He looked straight at me and said in the most condescending tone in Vietnamese, «No, honey. That’s not what we do.» Um. Excuse me? A good restaurant would definitely honor my request and I’m very sure they heard me coughing. That was like $ 15 down the drain! My friend didn’t eat her food again either. I told the waiter to tell the owner that this place is terrible, since he didn’t try to talk to me. In fact, I could see him walking away from me and snickering with his family. The server didn’t even care about the comment I made about the meal and the restaurant. They must get that quite regularly that their food is bad. The server never came back with refills or checked how we were doing. By the way, the family and workers all sat down and talked about how broke they were and that they only made $ 1000 that month. Pretty low money to make for a city like Houston. And they just talked about other people and their problems. It’s an establishment, not a reality t.v. show! The final time I was there, it was because majority ruled and our friends wanted to do the Phở Challenge. They definitely didn’t win and weren’t put off by it other than the realization that the Phở was so bad! I just ordered a plain Chicken Banh Mi and it was dry. Yes, the pickled veggies were good and if not for the soy sauce, I would have just thrown it away. Everyone in our group left dissatisfied and still hungry by the end. I’m so surprised that this place is still open. Go at your own risk. Terrible servers and owners. But most of all the food!

If it is a Zero star posible I will give it, we didn’t try their Phở, but have a set dinner for 2 instead, the salad was terible, it look like a left over from some one else, the so-called«canh Chu» have no taste what so ever, the only dish eatable was the fish hot pot Can kho To, but beware the over charge, first of all the give you the rice just enough for a little kid, if you ask for more the will charged extra and didn’t tell you about not that I give craft about $ 3.00 more but that’s no way to do run a restaurant.

NEGATIVESTARS! This place is terrible the only reason why I went here was because Phở Binh By Night was close & no other phở shops were open. I heard a lot of negative things ’bout this place I just happen to give it the benefit of the doubt to try it out. What a waste of $ 20 that I’m never going to get back. Came in around 12AM there was a group of 6 and a guy eating by himself. After my BF& I ordered it took them almost 30 minutes to bring out our phở, no I’m not exaggerating. Usually at other phở places once you put in your order they’re suppose to bring out your vegetables & drinks. We received our phở late and waited another 5 min. for them being everything else out. The broth had WAYTOOMUCHMSG in it, the noodle was still balled up & it was pretty stiff. And usually for tai meat it doesn’t take long to cook itself in the bowl, my tai meat was still red. I can’t believe how terrible this place is, a big applause to anyone that comes in here and do the ‘phở challenge’ your literally eating a bowl of MSG. I wish I could rate this place no stars the food was horrific and the service is sad. My advice: don’t come here, don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it.

The environment and the service isn’t bad at all. I noticed there was only once server, but he did an excellent job in serving the customers. At first glance, the place looks very clean, but when I was seated, I noticed an oily feel to the table that stuck around even after I tried to wipe the table with a wet paper napkin. As for food, I ordered the sandwiches and I shared a phở bowl and coconut shrimp appetizer with my friends. The sandwiches: the only thing I have to complain about this is how much butter they splattered on the bottom of the bread. There was so much butter that my bread became soggy and my sandwich fell apart. The phở: the phở was okay, I’ve definitely had better. The noodles were all condensed in a ball, and when I tried to break it apart, the noodles sorta came out in little strips. And although the phở was okay, «okay» shouldn’t be an option if your place is called«Phở 24,» if your place has«phở» in it, I would expect to have good phở. The coconut shrimp appetizer: I truly enjoyed this dish the most. The shrimp was fried beautifully, and the amount of coconut was just right. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend my friends to come here to eat. It wasn’t a totally bad experience, but I’ve definitely had better food/experiences elsewhere.

We dined here today, and are disappointed. Service was subpar, there was only 1 server, he’s probably just started here. We had to keep asking plates, silverware, replace the veggies that came with phở because they were darkened and withered, mushy bean sprouts. Most of dishes came out were heavily seasoned with chilly peppers and black peppers, though there was no indication they are spicy on the menu, and we ordered for the kids. The server is a nice guy, but I can tell he’s pretty new and lacked of training from the owner. Food wise: Phở is ok and a bit much on the sweet. Shrimp Fried rice is more than just dry, the rice was very hard. Bot chien is ok, Tan Tan is a bit better.

Ambiance and service are excellent. I was promptly seated in a very clean restaurant, fresh smelling. Child toys are everywhere but its children are a fact of life, not a bad thing in my mind. Everyone takes a risk to start their own business, family is often involved. I order the Phở and was disappointed. The noodles were cooked perfectly but the broth was just lacking and somewhat sweet. The meat, particularly the brisket, was over cooked. I noticed when I was there no one order the Phở. Instead they ordered sandwiches or the noodle bowls. Maybe I’ll try it next.

We came from Katy because it’s open late. Nicely decorated. We came at 1am and it was surprisingly pretty busy. They have high clientele which is always a good sign. One order of egg rolls comes with SIX roles and they have a full piece of shrimp inside. They come in a cool boat dish. YUMMY. The meat is thick and the broth is flavorful(I got the phở thai) and the thai tea is delicious too. We were so impressed with the service. Owner is hilarious and the Phở Challenge is awesome! We’re going to try next time. I don’t understand the bad reviews, this place is great. Best phở we’ve had yet and we have tried many places around Katy/Houston. We’re coming back! Highly impressed.

Well I avoided eating phở since I read about them putting a ton of MSG in there. I ordered congee with chicken instead. Yeah… lots of MSG in that as well since I was feeling really thirsty after every bite. Banh bot chien there was ok. And yeah, we had a good whiff of cleaning products while we were there… and since we were the only party there, I felt eyes on our table the whole time… actually I looked to see if they were staring… yeah… odd.

Best Phở ever! I dont know why this place have such a low review. This restaurant locate conveniently just in front the China town mall. It very nice decorated. The service is fast and professional. This place even offer the Phở challenge if you can finish the big bow it free, if you are not finish you have to pay $ 50. The floor is a little bit dirty, this place is not so busy so common guy take sometime to clean it. The food is good that why it deserves 4 stars review.

It may be because I was somewhat inebriated half of the time I came here, but it’s one of my more favorite Phở places in houston. And it’s definitely one of if not the most late opened phở place in town. I haven’t seen anywhere else that I can get Phở at 3am on a Saturday morning after being out Friday night. That largely became a reason why I came so much. Now I come even during the day because it’s just good overall. My only complaint would probably be is that the streak sometimes has a lot of fat attached to it still, sometimes half of the meet is white fat. Everything else I don’t think I could really complain about. Their egg rolls are really good(I typically get the shrimp) and they’re always fresh, not pre wrapped and sitting around on ice or something like at other places. They play modern music at night when it’s late and it can get pretty crowded once it gets past 2 for obvious reasons. Overall not a bad place. Not as bad as some make it seem to be.

Literally the next to the last place on earth I would go(next on the list to club bathrooms). Although its open late on the weekends and the staff is nice, the phở is just. AWEFUL. MSG couldn’t help this thing. — The ingrediants are really bad quality — It looks like they just boiled water as soon as we ordered and just started throwing stuff in — Any other type of food just looked extremely bland — The venue itself was pretty dirty Honestly, it’s just not a place you would want to spend a drunken night to wind down. It’ll most likely make matters worse.

This place was a total bummer. My bf said the phở was good and wouldn’t mind eating here. This was my first time, so i trusted him. We went late at night, so it wasnt busy. We were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly and brought out our drinks in a timely manner. I asked for recommendations off the noodle soup page, and he said the bun bo hue. I asked for a second option and he said he doesn’t suggest anything else off that page. Is that supposed to say something? Like maybe the others aren’t even good? Makes me wonder. We got an order of Nem Nuong as an appetizer. It was subpar. The vermicelli was cold and some strands were hard. The meat tasted and looked like it was the cheapest kind they could buy. I didnt care for the dipping sauce. Theres better nem nuong elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this. The bun bo hue was very plain. The broth was alright for a broth, but it didnt have the rich, unique taste i was expecting for a bun bo hue. Typically, only one type of noodles is used for bun bo hue. Although, i had that noodle, vermicelli was mixed in. I didnt like that because the taste is completely different between the noodles and takes away from the dish. The pigs blood was disgusting! I had to spit both pieces out. It tasted like moth balls or something. Just gross. There was one piece of carrot in my bowl. BBH does not have carrots in it. The meat was tough and left in huge pieces. I dont know how they expect anyone to eat that. Meat also made up about half of the bowl which is a waste of money. The smallest size that dish comes in is a large, so youre paying for all the meat that you cant even eat. I wouldn’t recommend this either. My bf got the chicken phở(phở ga) and that was nasty. He ate it because he was hungry, but i tried it, and i could barely swallow that spoonful. The broth did not taste like chicken broth. It was just a universal broth or something bc mine tasted similar. The soup was oily. The noodles were over cooked. He said that the phở definitely changed from the last time he had it. Overall, the phở tasted unusual and left a horrible after taste. This place does not have fresh produce or products. The quality of the food is poor. The owners family is rude because they stare at you for quite awhile. The prices aren’t cheap for what theyre serving. I give this place one star for the waiter because he was nice and helpful. Otherwise, this place wouldn’t get any stars. Total disappointment. Save your money and go eat elsewhere.
