Pinkie Nails

Makes no sense at all that every appointment that I’ve scheduled, there has always been a wait of 30, 45 mins to 1 hr. Ridiculous, same bs each visit, guess Im pissed off enough to make this one my last. Too many nail shops around to have to go through this each time… Time to shop around now!

I do not recommend this place at all! If you care about your nails then save yourself a trip. You get what you pay for here they are cheap so if you don’t mind the risk of getting an infection or a few cuts or burns then this is the place for you. It isn’t clean there are dirty dishes just sitting around random junk dirt and dust every where no licenses to show they are credible nail techs. They are very friendly and polite great customer service. It is very noisy so if you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not the best place for you. I did not allow her to finish my nails I just got a soak off! I asked her for a soak off but she still tried to pop my nails off then she cut me trying to speed up the process and burned my nail.

O stars if I could way too pricey for sh#tty work had her paint nails 3 times still bad… I had a full set white tip done by someone who shakes and made them too short and not shaped the same only came here because my regular place is renovating never again they didn’t even shape my eyebrows correctly I will never come here again I would rather go without a mani/​pedi and wax before I come here again. Not gonna lie I left no tip they sucked!!!

4 stars just because of ‘lily” pedicure lady, she takes her time, is very detailed and makes you feel relaxed which is really the point, the rest of the employees are so quick to just get you out of their chair… only reason I keep coming back is because of her.

Came in to get a nail refill and to have my daughter’s hama and toes polished for my wedding and they completely disregarded her. While i got my refill i thought someone was going to come and get her and they never did. My technician said someone would come but they never did. Now I have to go home and try to do her nails. They let others who came way after us skip because they were getting full sets and pedicures. Will never be returning. Any business that doesn’t care about my daughter won’t get my money
