Bullshit ass store placed order on line pizza was late and on top of that they forgot my drink, called the store and the only thing they could tell me was ma’am our delivery guy is gone you would have to come back up here for us to refund the money I asked why couldn’t anybody else bring my soda he said our driver is gone ii could come get it. Like what the fuck ii didn’t forget my soda y’all did they have the W O R S T customer service

The absolute worse pizza hut that houston has to offer, the staff is incredibly slow and rude and unorganized. if I could have, I would have gone back there and help, but they were too worried about having conversation with random customers as if the pizzas would just make themselves.

Called yesterday to order lunch during business training. I should have been forwarned that problems might exists. The order taker couldn’t provide details on the pizza and indicated it was because she was new and had no training. She then informed me it would be an hour wait until I would get my pizza. At 12:30PM — I accepted it thinking it was lunch hour and probably realistic. At 1:45PM — no pizza. I called and she got the manager who indicated driver had problems — but no one called me. At 2:00PM — still no pizza — called back, manager said not sure why driver hadn’t called but he would contact him. At 2:30PM — 2 hours later — Pizza arrived. I will say it was not cold — but will never use this location again due to poor customer service and what appears lack of urgency to resolve customer problems timely.

Last night I ordered a large specialty pizza and two orders of wings. I ordered online and it said 1 hour until delivery. After the first hour passed I called and the lady over the phone says«he just left he will be there any minute». I only live two blocks from the location. 20 minutes past I call back and inform them I still haven’t received my delivery. This time a different lady explains the driver had one stop before mine and he should be here any minute. I decide to check my account and they’ve already taken the $ 30 for my order but I still haven’t received my order. Over an he later still no pizza, no call return, no on answers when we’ve called over 10 times, but they made sure they took my money. I can’t wait for them to open today because I want my money back and an explanation. If I were you, I wouldn’t go to this place. I can’t believe this happened and I’m still dealing with it No delivery, but they took my $ 30 from my account. smh

First of all Pizza Hut has been a go to for me for quite a while. This experience however has been a complete and utter disappointment. After placing our order we waited over an hour for our food that we were told would take under 30 minutes to be delivered. Even after we received our food we did not get out entire order this on top of our pizza being slightly destroyed from mishandling. When we called the store to have the rest of our order delivered we were given a «$ 10 credit towards our next order». We proceeded to make another other so we could get our remaining food. I called 5 separate times and was disconnected every time. I am completely disappointed.
