Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza online and, after an hour and a half, just called and told them to cancel it. Pizza Hut’s phone service was almost as slow as the pizza. Took 15 minutes to get a hold of somebody and, when we did, the seemed confused and were thoroughly unhelpful. They actually seemed relieved when we told them to just cancel it. Hope whatever these people were doing with their time was worth it. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Update: 15 minutes after we canceled, our order showed up. Lol.

This was the second worse Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from.
1. They were 20 min late
2. The deliveryman was lost and walked to my house from the office. There are 2 maps. One by the gate and on at the office. I had to walk and meet him.
3. Everything I ordered was cold.
4. The stuffed garlic knots were no longer stuffed. They were over cooked and the cheese was all over the bottom of the pan.
5. When I called in to discuss this I was told a manager will call me some time. She couldn’t even say how long that will be. I asked an hour? A day? A week? She did not know.

If I could choose ZERO star, I would. Ordered pizza online, NEVER COME. Tried calling, put me on hold for HOURS, no one ever answered. Card got charged and got an email for confirmation, but I never saw the pizza delivered. this pizza hut literally deserves to be burnt to the ground. after waiting for 3 hours and calling them multiple times they tell me that they cant deliver to my location after 6. where’s the sense of customer service?

I should have read the reviews before I placed my online order. I usually order online and do carry out. But since I didn’t want to drive I decided to do delivery instead. Boy was I wrong to do that. I ordered at 2:00 once I completed my order and paid, yes I paid over 30.00 for my order. Well, my order was supposed to be delivered at 4:00 it’s now 4:59. I drove to this location for a refund. Never again will I order from this location.

Starting off there staff is bad, they don’t make customers issue there’s main priority. About on March12 we placed an order online and we must of duplicated the orders or something along those lines. So while waiting on the delivery I noticed that there was two different amounts charged to my card. I call immediately and I spoke to some guy and he asked me what my order was so I explained to him what my order was and he said okay I got it I will remove the other amount and you will see it in 3 – 5 business days. So those days passed and I saw instead of removing the $ 47. And some change they removed the $ 28 dollar total when the representative I spoke to clearly told me he was removing the $ 47 total. So this is already by March 20 so I call the store and after about 8 calls again and I finally speak to the manger because he’s there in the morning not all day is what an employee had told me so I had to catch him on his time. I explained the situation to him and he said there’s no way two amounts could’ve been charged and I told him the orders must’ve duplicated when I ordered online and he said I had to bring in the statements and show him the issue but how to show him if they had removed one tab and the other tab wasn’t there anymore so in the end they couldn’t do anything to accommodate my issue so I decided to leave it alone since they didn’t take first priority in it all they were doing was waiting my time I rather just never order from Pizza Hut and order from dominos equal distances from my house. Bad service bad manager accommodations and shouldn’t even deserve 1 star.

Both times I ordered from here at least one ingredient was MISSING. First time they forgot spinach; second time (today) they must have forgotten about spinach because it was raw on top of my pizza (still cold even after the drive!) and the balsamic drizzle was missing. People who work here do not read. Will not be ordering again.

STAY AWAY!!! Should be negative 10 stars but that’s not an option. The 1 star is because the order was correct. Horrible service!!! Took them over 2 hours to deliver pizza! When it arrived it was cold and drinks were hot! I even had to call and ask them where my food was! I also asked if it was best to just load all the kids in the car and come get it myself, guy on phone said it was already in route!!! A hour later the delivery guy showed up I live 1 block away but since it was raining with a house full of kids I thought it would be nice to have lunch delivered! How wrong I was lunch is now cold dinner!!!
Left with starving, whiny kids and a upset mom! Not worth the money or frustration!!!

The pizza was good, but wasn’t what I ordered. The spinach was missing from my ham and spinach two topping pizza and the fries were over-​cooked to brown… they must have known. I felt like they took advantage because I had my order delivered. NOT good customer service.

This Pizza Hut is absolute garbage. Two of my past three orders have been soggy and cold. The only thing they haven’t managed to screw up is the 2 liter of Pepsi.

This Pizza Hut sucks… never on time… or the pizza always taste weird. the last unite I ate here I got real sick to my stomach… and the delivery time us ridiculous

Sub-​par pizza. Ordered my food online and it took an hour to come 1.2 miles. Then the order was wrong and the pizza was cold. They sent another pizza and the correct wings and this pizza was salty? This pizza took another hour. Pizza Hut had a great reputation for having delicious pizza, what happened? Why does this location only have 4 drivers if the demand is so high on the weekend? Dominos is tremendously better and I regret my choice. They take no time to deliver. Dissatisfied customer.

This location lies to customers that they refuse to deliver to. They took our order over the phone at 8pm, then called us back 30 minutes later to tell us that they don’t deliver after 6pm.

I love pizza hut, but this particular one gave me food poisoning, not once, not twice, but 3 times… everyone keep asking me, Why do you keep going back? It’s because i thought it was something else that i consumed that gave me food poisoning, but it can’t be a coincidence that i had flu-​like symptoms every-​time i ordered from this place.
I still love Pizza Hut, but just not this particular one on Chimney Rock
