Pizza Hut

Pizza always takes forever, and it’s not the time that they quoted. Although that quoted time is just ballpark, I still manage to have to wait almost double the allotted time and when I call I get the same response «we quoted you (this amount), which doesn’t help my frustration. Last time I ordered here, I got my pizza late and it was cold. The company apparently doesn’t care about their driver’s money intake considering the pizza takes forever to come out and the people who don’t understand the process take it out on the driver. Last night, I ordered a Big Box (which is pretty simple) at 6:07 and I was still waiting to receive the pizza at 10:00, and after the 4^th call they told me they would do a rush order, I’ve called 5 times and they continuously tell me the same thing. I’ve spoken to the manager twice yet didn’t receive a pizza until after 4 hours. If I had 10 NEGATIVE stars, they would receive it. Get it together Pizza Hut. This will be the very last time I order here, I do hope people see this review and refrain from ordering from this location. You’ve been warned lol.

This pizza hut is so good about not only making your pizza fresh but they also aren’t selfish with the toppings. I have ordered from them several times before and have been pleased!!! Service is great. There can be a wait if you don’t call ahead or order on time so I would definitely suggest ordering ahead. Also they have a drive through so I can go and look a mess. No one would ever know lol.
