Probably my worst pizza hut experience and I’m loyal to Pizza Hut ! I ordered pizza because I don’t have a car at the moment. The guy calls and tell me he is in the lobby so I go out and he is nowhere to be found. I call him back and he’s like are you at a hotel, I said no and he was like oh sorry I’ll be there in a minute, all the while he is coughing on the phone(gross) . He gets to my building and calls back and says he’s out side. I go out side and he is still coughing like crazy, he hands me the receipt but doesn’t have a pen … He finally goes back to his car which is loaded with junk and filthy by the way, He then takes the pizza out of the trunk and hands it to me. The box is completely ripped in half and the pizza is freezing cold ! I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again !!!

First of all I waited 50 minutes for my pizza to be delivered and when the driver finally arrived he could not figure out how to get in my apartment. What is the purpose of putting driver directions on my order if they do not read them. Also common sense dude you drove by a huge call box with directions. After walking down to receive my pizza I return to my apartment to eat it and the pizza is no longer warm. Granted I own a microwave but still the pizza should have been warm still especially considering I live approximately 6 minutes from this Pizza Hut. The only good thing I have to say about this Pizza Hut is the driver was very nice and polite to me when I walked down. So cold pizza, long wait time and no delivery to my door will take me back to papa johns, who has yet to let me down.

I am unsure of why there are so many negative reviews because the both times I have been to Pizza Hut have been positive ones. Perhaps there has recently been a change in management? I ordered a Small Personal Pan Pizza online last night but got extremely delayed and couldn’t pick it up until 2 hours past the pick-up time. When I arrived there, they said they have thrown my order out because it looked burnt and soggy and they didn’t think it would have been good to sell that. Instead of charging me for the previous order, they made it seem as if it was their mistake rather than mine. They didn’t make me feel guilty or bad for having picked up my order late. I really, really appreciate that. Best of all, they gave me a MEDIUM-sized pizza for the price of the Small Personal Pan I paid for. Best customer service ever!!! Love this Pizza Hut! I personally also love Pizza Hut’s pizzas — maybe it’s because I have gotten acquainted with it ever since I was a little child, but their pizza is so fluffy and full of cheese unlike their competitors, where the entire pizza itself is thin and full of marinara sauce. This is entirely based on personal preferences, but I love this location even more after what happened yesterday. Fantastic customer service, clean location, opened till midnight! What more can you ask for?! Except another order of pizza because I was craving the cheesiness already after devouring the first order. :-)

How is it possible that when I requested some crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese to go along with my pizza order the operator said That will be .69 cents each. Pizza Hut this will be my last order and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to order their pizza anywhere else but your business.

Pick up order was ready in 15 minutes and pizza was perfect. Very crispy crust on thin n crispy which is exactly what I expect. Store was very clean, parking was easy. This is second time we have been there in a month and it has been Perfect each time. If whole family doesn’t want pizza, there is a Scholtzky’s Deli and Cinnabon just 2 doors down.

I placed a order on the phone for carry out and the lady I talked to was very sweet. My order was ready in 15 minutes on a Friday night! We had a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and tomatoes which was surprisingly delicious. For dessert we had the Hershey’s brownie which was like melt in your mouth good. My experience was great with this Pizza Hut location.

Called to find out where our pizza was, and calls go to a call center. They said, «We’ll let the store manager know your concern and have them call you.» 2.5 hours later… no call, no pizza, hungry staff.

Wow, two bad experiences in a row has officially taken this place off my list of even the desperation pizza orders. And both times, it was almost entirely due to the customer service(or lack thereof). A couple of weeks back I went in for a carryout order and witnessed some of the rudest, most incompetent service I’ve ever seen. A woman in front of me was being totally ignored while she tried to ask completely reasonable questions about her order and waiting to pay. Two other customers, who had obviously been waiting a long time, also weren’t being acknowledged, until one walked out. When it was my turn, I was first told that they didn’t have my order on record. After searching their computer, they changed their mind and brought me a pizza. Needless to say, it wasn’t my order. So the clerk takes it to the back and comes back with another pizza that’s somewhat close to my order, but missing one of the meats. She then tells me they’ll have to start all over again, and that I can sit and wait with the other unhappy customers. I said no thanks. I tried again with a delivery tonight. After over an hour wait, I received a call saying that they had been at my door knocking and calling. This would have been impossible since my open window is right next to the door they were supposedly knocking on, and I never received a call until the guy was back at the restaurant. He offered to bring the(now cold) pizza back, but wanted my credit card information again. There was no offer to make a fresh pizza or give me a discount on the cold, beat-up pizza that was coming back. Again, no thanks. That’ll do it for me. There’s a Healthy Cow Pizzeria, a Collina’s, and a Barry’s Pizza nearby that will be getting all my business from now on, despite the higher cost or the need to go pick up. Nothing is worth the level of incompetence at this place.

Oh my! What can I say about this Pizza Hut that hasn’t been said about Ebola. It’s nasty, unheard of, might kill you, and there’s nothing that will cure it. Upon opening the big dinner box I kind of hesitated when I found a pile of grease on my kitchen table. Didn’t know if I had all the oil from Iraq or it was the grease from the pizza. Soon enough I knew it was from the pizza. I believe Pizza Hut mistakingly placed a brick in my box because I know I ordered breadsticks. The wings in the puddle of cold dressing was pretty amazing, and how the chicken was undercooked with fresh blood still leaking. If you moved to this area, I’d suggest dominos or berrys pizza. But if you hate someone and want them to die, order from Pizza Hut. Good luck.

Decided to try Pizza Hut after a 15+ year hiatus. Probably going to be another 15 years before I give it another shot… Delivery: I can’t grade the actual restaurant since we got delivery, so this is more about the food itself. The delivery came 15minutes earlier than my requested delivery time, so take that how you want(I personally did not like it getting there 15minutes early, since I wasn’t even home yet. I scheduled it knowing I’d be home right before it arrived). Delivery guy was friendly though so that was a plus. Pizza: We got a large cheese stuffed crust pizza. The pizza part was typical for a chain restaurant(nothing special, similar to dominos and pappa johns). The crust however was worse. It’s supposed to be cheese stuffed crust, but all the way around the pizza, the cheese had leaked out of the crust onto the pizza, kinda defeating the purpose… Digiorno’s has a superior stuffed crust(which is sad since it’s a frozen pizza) Wings: Not good. The sauce was ok I suppose, but the wings themselves… they were tiny, and not cooked the way wings are supposed to be cooked. They seemed more like they were baked or boiled than deep fried. Wings are supposed to have a slight crisp to them, and should be deep fried. These were not good at all. Houston doesn’t have many great choices for pizza and/or wings, but there’s really no reason to go to Pizza Hut.

Horrible pizza experience! I ordered a new Blake’s Smokehouse pizza and got a burnt pizza with no toppings!!! I am a Pizza Hut shareholder and I will be taking this complaint up to the corporate level. Poor management and terrible good quality!

There are days where you just can’t be bothered to cook or go out and get a meal. Everyone knows what they get when they order pizza hut– so as far as taste goes theres not much to tell. The ordering and delivery is what makes each experience unique. My order was fairly simple– 1 medium 2 topping pizza. It took a little over an hour to get delivered. I paid for the pizza and the delivery man left. I settled down to get some work done and opened the box and TA-DUH– my order was wrong. The toppings were left off entirely and the sauce on the pizza was wrong– I requested Alfredo sauce and got tomato sauce. I understand mistakes happen and so I wasn’t exactly angry but I did want to let the manager know and call in the fact that I had received the wrong order. When I called to speak the manager I was put on hold, and was finally told that they’d just have the manager call me back. He called back after a while and I explained to him that I received the wrong order, his response«Oh.» He literally couldn’t have cared less. He explained that I wouldn’t get a refund but he’d have the original pizza I requested sent to me after ANOTHERHOUR. Dealing with the manager made me more frustrated than receiving the wrong order– he didn’t apologize or anything– he just didn’t care. It’s just not worth it ordering from here, they act like they are doing you a service and forget that you’re using your hard earned money to get a specific item.

When you simply need to put a bandaid on your hunger or your sadness and not as a statement of self, this place may or may not even suffice. I got two thin and crispy pizzas: essentially pizzas constructed on the hide of the i10 homeless man and topped with the veggies and pepperoni from the space food failed trial meals. I’ve had decent pie at Pizza Hut. Even sober. This, my good large friend slinging the ‘za, was not it.

Before last night I might have rated this Pizza hut better… but last night was an incredibly frustrating night to be a Pizza Hut Customer. My husband and I have ordered from this Pizza Hut at least three times in the last two weeks. This isn’t normal in terms of quantity of order but we’ve been feeling lazy and previously this has been an incredibly simple no thought, or pressure, solution to not wanting to cook or go out. So what went wrong? We used the online ordering service and we ordered our normal a large cheese pizza and an order of bread sticks. Then waited… It was a Friday night, and the pizza arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We paid for the pizza, the delivery man left and we settled in to eat. We opened the pizza box and Lo and Behold there was a pepperoni pizza. My husband is a vegetarian… This wasn’t great, but we thought it would be a reasonably quick fix. We called the store and my husband was put on hold for about 6 minutes then told that the stores no longer process returns but now connect customers to a central line for complaints. He was then disconnected. He called the store back and asked to speak with a manager in store, he was once again told they had to connect him to another place. He was frustrated but agreed. They connected him to another person OUTSIDE the store. The customer service person told him it would be another hour until the correct pizza came but that they would throw in free cheese bread. We were hungry and frustrated but we agreed. At this point it’s already been about 45 minutes from our original order. My husband again asked to speak to a manager and was told that his frustration would be relayed. We sat, we waited, and about an hour later the second pizza arrived. The delivery person then asked us for $ 21.00 dollars. My husband explained that we were not paying for the pizza that this was a correction on our original order. The delivery person had no knowledge of this pizza being a return. We handed him the first pizza untouched and he left. I don’t know that we will ever order from this Pizza Hut again. The customer service is sad and not at all customer friendly.

I grew up eating Pizza Hut. It was my mom’s favorite pizza, and so when I moved here to Houston, Pizza Hut was my first choice for getting pizza delivered. Based on geography, this is the one I’ve been ‘blessed’ with. I’ve lived here almost 8 years now, and I haven’t ordered from them in almost 4 years. Each time I tried giving them ‘one more chance’. Pizza was cold, delivery took an hour(or longer), they didn’t have item x, the driver forgot the soda… All too many reasons not to order from here again. There’s another chain that I’ve never had a problem with and delivers much, much faster. That place will continue to get my money.
