Currently I have waiting 2 hours for delivery and I am 5 minutes up the street. I called an hour ago and was told my order was already out and lo and behold i’m still waiting. This store is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. Corporate needs to shut this location down.

The employees are rude and sloppy.
Pretty much throwing my box around when showing me. My chocolate chip cookie were all crumbled up.
They said it would be ready in 20min and it litteritly felt like 30−40mins. For 2 pizzas .
The grl at the counter needs to really be fired or smthng. She was yapping away to a friend that showed up while orders needing to be taken. Smh.
Ghetto and unprofessional.
I believe her Name was shayla. Smthng like that.
Yeah the food is good

This Pizza Hut is horrible. I ordered a medium pizza and the Tuscani chicken alfredo. While the alfredo lacked salt and flavor, it was tolerable. The pizza? Terrible. The dough must have been old or something as it did not rise at all. I was left with a cold, flat, greasy mess. I was so unimpressed. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This location is awful, since it is my location for delivery, we won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. They forgot a portion of our order so I called to tell them. The rude young woman asked for my phone number but clearly didn’t look up my order because she kept telling me that what I ordered was not part of the deal I got. I kept telling her to look at the receipt it’s clearly on there… After listening to her complain about me to another employee she finally looked it up and agreed they would send it… And when it came it was missing the dipping sauce!?? Really?! The pizza was burnt as well… Just not worth it… Crappy food and service.

If i could give less then 1 star i would horrible pizza
The pizza is burnt, over salted (its like im eating a salt), i order it with pineapple, bacon, pep and i got like 10 pcs of pineapple on the whole pizza and burnt bacon i definitely wont be coming back to this pizza hut!!!
Just tasted the brownie n it was burnt at the bottom

Amazing location, when I try to get a delivery across the street it takes generally about an hour, I go in person they give terrible customer service and randomly just leave the counter unattended when customers are present.
Update: I eventually decided to order from my phone to bypass their s*** employees, only to be called 20 minutes later WHEN IT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DONE, that they were completely out of my order and if I wanted to change it. Worst place ever.

The place is clean. The service is good. But, they have NEVER gotten my order correct. Today I went to get my FREE pizza because my order was not right. So, when I get there and open it up. Guess what? Yep, order wrong again. What’s so hard about a large meatlover, boneless wings on garlic bread. In return. It was a pepperoni pizza with wings with bones on regular bread. So, check your orders please.

The only Pizza Hut in my area… Sadly for carry out only as I’m not in the delivery zone.
This location is pretty clean and well organized. Took a little longer for the order to be ready than stated on the phone, but only by a few minutes.
Will order here again for take out.

Food is what you expect from any Pizza Hut.
This location only offers take out and delivery. Has a long line during peak hours; I recommend ordering online. Can be pricey if you dont have any coupons. The minimum price for a large pizza is $ 10, usually their website has deals for extra toppings for the same price; another reason to order online.
