Ordered here for the first time. Ordered around 10 pm… my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and it was 15 minutes late. I just don’t understand. If you are working, and you are working at a job, and you are working at a job that you may or may not like… Just do what you are supposed to do while you are there! Stupid. I finished cooking it when it got here. I put the oven on 400, preheated for 10 minutes, and cooked it for 7 minutes. Pizza Hut should pay me. I’m never ordering there again.

Ordered a DEAL online that claims «Any size, Any toppings for just $ 11» you don’t realize that it’s only 3 toppings till checkout. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. I know it’s not the stores fault that corporate is trying to trick you and screw you over. I can take my business to THE MOD pizza shop with just one price for unlimited toppings. It reminds me of politicians «If you like your plan you can keep it…» Just a total lie…

Pizza Hut has gone to this ridiculous system where you cannot talk to your local store. You are routed to some central call center in San Antonio. The last three times we have ordered, our pizza has been wrong. Doesn’t matter whether we order online or call and talk to a human, the order is wrong. Call to complain to San Antonio!!! What’s the point!!! All they can do is relay the message to the local store and put you back in the queue. Tried once more tonight and same story. Two totally wrong pizzas after an hour’s wait, and we have now waited an additional hour and 15 minutes and still no pizza. I want to talk to my local manager when something goes wrong so he can fix it in a reasonable timeframe

Just moved in to area and usually order dominos but this location was sooo close to the house i gave it a try. Ordered online and pizza was ready for pickup 14mins later. Arrived 2mins early and had to wait 1min and order was brought out to my car with a courteous «thank you for your order». I’ll be back foe-​sure!

waited an hour and a half for my delivery… the delivery guy spoke almost no english and then decided to curse me out when i tried to give him directions and the pizza was cold upon delivery and it was all topped off with my money being snatched out of my hand… horrible customer service… HORRIBLE
