Delivery time was meant to be 8.34. At 10.55 and after many phone calls and even more stories still no pizza.

The employees there are really rude and disrespectful. The supervisor didn’t try to resolve the issue THEY caused. I ordered ONE large pepperoni pizza. After 30 minutes of the pizza not showing up, I decided to go myself to pick it up as I only live 5 minutes away. The ended up not even making our pizza and denied me of even ordering another one. Horrible customer service.

Everytime I order a delivery it always takes hours, once my wings were uncooked, and the last time my order was never delivered

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Don’t bother ordering, it’ll never get delivered. Pathetic.

The worst service in the world. I didn’t even get to eat the pizza by the way. I didn’t even make it that far.

Brought me a pizza with almost no cheese :(I ordered it online so no one misheard me. My boyfriend used to work for a chain pizza place and he told me all that gets inventoried is the cheese so they probably put so little on it because of remakes and employee food theft. Seriously Pizza hut give your employees some free/cheap food so they don’t jack mine.

I have gone back and ordered a number of times this fall and their service is like night and day. I order a pizza and within 30 minutes, I have a pizza. Really really happy that something has changed because they were one of only a hand full of places that would deliver to our neighborhood.

I made a carry-out order which was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes(per the email I received). So I waited a few minutes to leave my house to go pick it up and was kept waiting for an extra 15 minutes because the cashier was too busy flirting with customers to notice my pizza was put into the warmer. I’d give this place one more chance before not coming again.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but hey… it must happen sometimes. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:40pm and it was not delivered until 9:50. I called several times to cancel the order and to ask for a refund, but couldn’t get through the automated system to a manager. When I finally spoke with someone, who couldn’t have possibly been a manager(I truly hope this person wasn’t a manager), she wouldn’t offer me the refund and cancellation that I requested. Instead, she had the delivery driver call me back and he miraculously delivered cold pizza and wings 10 minutes later. Dude really? Oh, they offered me a $ 5 credit. Get the heck out of here with that! #HopelesslyAwaitingMyRefund UPDATE: I did eventually get my refund and an apology from the District Manager who was really helpful.

man, why are folks so harsh. its pizza… and it pizza hut. let get real about this place. it is about convenience. if you live nearby, i do recommend going to get the pizza. if traffic is crazy in the area(and it normally is)…best thing… pick up. now, i do walk down to the place, order and wait. i have never waited more than 20 min. that is fine to me. but the sheer volume of pizza moving is huge is that place… thus why delivery times are prob bad. i have called and ordered in advance before… but it still seems like it took 20 min after i got there. thus, i decided i will just walk down and order my pizza from now on. and i love that you can take your pizza into little woodrows… i have done that a few times… love a cold brew with my pizza! pizza quality… really nice. no complaints… remember it is pizza hut folks. it was hot and fresh. it was yummy for my tummy. the wings… weirdly small… poor baby chix lost its wings for me… scary to think that. but tasty… is that weird? overall, good stuff. gal at the register is nice… and will help you get a good deal… ensure best bang for your buck when ordering… thx! keep up the good work!

Never fails. Pizza Hut is basically the only place that will deliver to my area that’s reasonably priced. Delivery takes 1.5+ hrs to get here and is cold IF it’s even right. I live 2 miles from the location…

I ordered a pizza for delivery an received a cold pizza 2 hours after ordering, waste of money and time!!! If you love eating card board box shaped like a pizza, this is the best place for you! If you prefer a real pizza, delivered on time, try your luck somewhere else!!!

It’s Pizza Hut, not the greatest pizza in the world, but convenient. Right next door to Little Woodrow’s where you can legally bring in food(since they don’t have a kitchen) and on the way home from a Dynamo game or Warehouse Live event, I am surprised this place isn’t open later. I’ve only been twice, but each time there’s been some sort of glitch or problem. The first time I went, I ordered a large dinner box, which easily feeds about eight people. I asked for plasticware and disposable plates; they gave me enough for two people. I asked for more, and they said it’d be $ 1PER disposable plate and set of plasticware. No thanks! As a result, I now keep plasticware and disposable plates in my car. The second time I went, I again ordered a large dinner box online. The large dinner box comes with pasta, so I ordered the meaty marinara pasta(which is surprisingly good by the way). I received a phone call on a Saturday night at 10:40PM stating that because the restaurant was about to close, they were out of the marinara pasta and wanted to substitute with the chicken alfredo. I obliged even though I wasn’t in the mood for chicken alfredo. Later I realized the place doesn’t close until midnight on Saturdays, so why were they reluctant to make more marinara pasta over an hour before closing? I realize it’s Pizza Hut, but that doesn’t exempt them from decent customer service. I highly suggest ordering online(don’t need to open an account or pay online when using their mobile website) before you go there. When placing an order online, it’ll take about 15 minutes before your order is ready. That’s not bad at all, since it takes me that long to move my car out of the Dynamo parking lot(since the lots close post-game) and find another parking space closer inside EaDo!

Yay! Pizza Hut finally opened near my home and it is within walking distance. I will be coming here often when I don’t feel like cooking dinner. hehe
