I have never had a worse experience with a restaurant in my life. I placed my order at 3:38 p.m. on a Friday, and the delivery time was given as 5:02 p.m., which was already quite a delay. At 5:25 p.m., I called to find out why the delivery was more than twenty minutes late; I received a return call from the delivery driver at 5:34 p.m. asking for directions(which we’ve never had happen before). I gave him directions, and we ended the call. After ten minutes, I called him back, and he hadn’t moved from his location. I tried again to guide him; after multiple failed attempts, I eventually had to drive out and try to find him. I located him and got the food at 6:15 p.m. After returning home seven minutes later, my family was finally able to eat lukewarm pizza, eighty minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and almost three hours after my order time. To add insult to injury, I received a call at 6:28 p.m. from a lady at the store asking whether we had received the pizza. When I told her that I had just gotten it after having to go out and find the delivery driver, she offered no apology nor even an acknowledgement of the problem; she merely said that she had just called to confirm delivery, and ended the call. I contacted the corporate office to register a complaint and request a refund, and I was told that the store manager would respond within three days; more than a week later, I received a brief e-mail message with a token apology offering me a store credit of just ten dollars, rather than a refund of the sixteen dollars I paid. We do not plan to use that credit, since it would mean having to deal with the incompetence of this location again.

This place should be closed down permanently. You could try to restructure this location but I don’t give it much hope. The insolent employees that work in this location are a disgrace to the food industry and chain restaurant across the U.S. Their lack of knowledge and public education is an embarrassment to this multimillion dollar company. I wonder what are the minimum requirements, if any, to work at a Pizza Hut. The employees are oblivious to what customer service is and can care less about customer satisfaction. One can only blame management. Management should always oversee the work performance and customer service skills of its employees. But unfortunately this location not only lacks literate employees with customer service skills, it also lacks literate management that can adequately manage a store and resolve any and all customer issues if need be. Pizza Hut if you are reading this, please take this into consideration. One rotten apple can give the whole tree a bad name.

Horrible. Shitty service. Ordered 2 pizzas with bacon filled crust with 5 marinara sauce at being of the the Rockets game today. It took 2.5 hrs for it to be delivered to my house. That’s the equivalent time from victoria to houston! If we was to order from the victoria area and you deliver to houston, shoot that’s one great customer service right there! But your location is actually about 8 –10 mins away! Come on really?!? We called you a few times and you put us on hold. every time. . Of course when we got our food, our pizzas wasn’t sliced and not filledbacon crust, only 1 marinara came and our food was close of being cold. this is by far the worst place to order… couldn’t even enjoy watching the Rockets play… never again. And.oh an hr later the other marinara sauce has been delivered Smh. No stars. Management sucks.

They are never on time for the estimated delivery time, and my food is never hot!!! I’M really getting sick of this pizza hut. After 8 years of of dealing with this location they just haven’t gotten better. And the delivery guy who came today was blasting music in my driveway and didn’t even give me my sauces that came with my meal. I know pizza hut isn’t supporting that black charger.

I wouldn’t even post one star. This is the most pathetic customer service imaginable. It’s a shame this is the nearest location to me. Every time we order our food arrives cold and we wait for hours. Tonight’s service really crossed the line! After our pizza arrived cold and not fully cooked, we found a hair on the crust. We spent nearly 45 minutes on hold speaking to an «agent», only to be told we had to return to the store. Upon arriving we were greeted by the manager who coincidentally happened to be outside smoking a cigarette. We let him know about our issue and it STILL took him 15 minutes to return our money. As I stood there I watched all the employees make pizzas without gloves or hair nets. I will never return to this location again! Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment!

I would give them 0 stars… I placed an order of wings… It took them 90 minutes to get to me on a Tuesday night… And they completely screwed them up. Then they said they would give me store credit of 10 dollars. I called back today and it’s only a 5 dollar credit. I didn’t even eat the first batch of wings because it was a sauce I would not eat… Their customer service sucks, food is cold by the time it gets to you, and just pray they get it right. So disappointed

This has got to be the worst pizza hut in the state of Texas. We live 2 minutes from this location and the past 3 times we ordered from them, it’s always 3+ hours and when they finnaly deliver, the pizza is cold and the cheese is dried up. This is the last time they take my money. They can never find our apartment complex or building and we are down the freaking street. If pizza hut valued there customers they would shut this place down or fire everyone and get a new team. Untill this place gets better customer service and delivery times, I’ll let dominoes have my money. Would NOT recommend ordering delivery at this location.

If i could gone a zero i would. I placed my order at 8:30 for pickup. Online lt said it would be ready in 30 mins. Waited an additional 10 to be on the safe side. I get there the lady says it will be about another 10 mins it was still in the oven. SO I waited… and waited. She comes back and says they forgot and to give it another 10 mins because it wasnt done yet. I asked if my wings and breadsticks were done. They hadent even cooked them yet. So i was told another 15 mins. they gave me my money back which was the least they could do. All my time wasted i got my food at 10:02… Fucking UNACCEPTABLE!

very poor customer service and no manners. i live 7 minutes from pizza hut according to google maps. i ordered my pizza which was a total of $ 28 at 9:20 and i was told it would be an hour and ten minute wait for delivery. well10:30 came around then 10:40 then 10:50 so i called back in concern about my order. i was told the manager would call me back asap and i never received any food or call back that night. i personally think these situations should not occur in any industry period.

I am sorry guys, but this is not the way you run a business. I understand that is not the best neighborhood in town, but keeping the customer from having a menu handy is pretty ridiculous. Plus, the guy who took my order was barely able to find what I wanted on the computer, which was very simple. I waited 30 minutes for a large pizza to then find out that it was sitting in the oven waiting for me to ask somebody for my pizza. I am not a fan of Pizza Hut anyway, but $ 19 is way too much for the product they sell. If I may, the place needs to look a little nicer, the employee needs to be trained better before starting to work officially and you guys need to watch what you are doing anyway: while I was waiting for my pizza, on of the guys dropped 3 items right in front of a customer that just got in to pick up his order. And then the guy comes to me with dirty hands asking me for my receipt and not knowing if what I ordered was what he was handing me. I am sure there is room for improvements, but you guys need to work on it.

Is there a way to give no or negative stars? Don’t even bother ordering. You can cook a three course thanksgiving meal, eat it, and you’d still have to wait another hour for the pizza to get to your house.

My husband and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and Alfredo and cheese pasta. The pizza and the Cheese Sticks were good. But the Alfredo and Cheese pasta, had little to no taste. It needed more garlic the sauce had a little taste to it on half of the pasta, the noodles tasted like pasta water with a little bit of garlic.

Rude people. Overcharge by almost double and refuse to fix even after opening a ticket with the corporate office. Delivery takes forever and the order is never accurate. Pizza doesn’t even taste good. I’ve been loyal to pizza hut for 20 years but if this is typical in my new area then I’ll never go back. I can do without pizza.

I ordered this pizzas at 11:47 am they arrived at 1:50 pm and all cold and disgusting. I called management and they said they would remake my order and send it out again, that was at 1:50 pm it is 2:30 now and still no sign of my pizzas smh!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The long and short is they take FOREVER to deliver… FOOORRREVER…and when it does arrive SURPRISE it’s cold! I have gotten the wrong order on several occassions, they don’t give refunds they just give you a credit. Aside from the terrible service, pizza Hut has gone down in quality and taste.. .I remember when it was the best, hands down but now… honestly, I would just rather get a hot n ready smh

Horrible Horrible Service all around! Why order a pizza for it to be delievered 4 hours later? One pizza order takes forever to get to your home! YOu are better off going to pick it up or just ordering from another pizza spot. I wonder how much longer they will be in business with the way things are going! All the other pizza spots around here beat them by far!!! If you are looking to order food from here, you better believe your order will not be right on time. NEXT please!
