Well it looks like I should’ve looked at Unilocal before online ordering! I checked out for delivery online. After submitting payment, the confirmation says it will take 5 HOURS for my delivery to come. They are less than 3 miles away! I called the restaurant because I assumed that would be an error, but was just given the option of carry out instead. Did I not just pay a delivery fee for the «convenience» of delivery? Also, if they have the capacity to finish a carry out order in a standard amount of time, why in the world can they not deliver in at a reasonable time? Very very unsatisfied.

This place is trash. You’re better off making your own pizza at home, it would take less time honestly. A TWO HOUR delivery when I live literally 5 minutes away. When the delivery guy got there I told him the Dominoes 10 minutes away got to my house 30 minutes ago. Then I called for a refund. Don’t even bother, their call center has nastier employees than the actual restaurant. Rude and very unhelpful, like I get they have a hard time with complaints all day but no one asked you to do that for a living. A Pizza Patron does a better job.

The Pizza Hut in Pearland on Shadow Creek Pkwy. has been consistently inconsistent with my delivery orders for the past few months so I decided to order from this location for pick-​up.
My order was ready when I got there but one of the pizzas hardly had any cheese, sauce or pepperoni on one side of the pizza and the guy at the register told me that happens sometimes because of the oven pressure… I guess. But anyway, he offered to make me another pizza and I accepted. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes but I appreciated him handling the issue!
When I got home, I realized that they didn’t add the Balsamic drizzle on my second pizza but oh well…

This place SUCKS!!! It didn’t even deserve a star. But I had to put one to do a review. BAD SERVICE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SEVICE!!! Lie about the time. Pizza was suppose to be ready at 10:30pm and it is now 10:56pm and it is STILL NOT READY! SERIOUSLY???
