Nope nope nope! I’ve been a Pizza L’Vino customer for years, but no more! I placed an order for the garlic sticks, which they’ve had on the menu since they opened, but instead they gave me some sort of garlic bread. When I told them it was not what I ordered, they just looked blankly at me and didn’t offer any sort of refund or offer to make me anything else. It was just blank stares all-around. If you like paying for literally nothing, then please, by all means, come here. I’ll not be ordering from here ever again!

Pizza was very good – had the Magic Mushroom hand tossed. But the delivery was not good. We placed our order online. Plan to order well in advance. We were correctly advised that delivery would take one hour on a Monday night. The biggest problem was that we ordered a Greek Salad and it came with no dressing. We realized this after the delivery person left but in any case we were starving and wouldn’t have waited another hour for dressing. Also it was clear when we ordered that the delivery was coming to a hotel room. There were no plates or plastic ware or napkins with the delivery – which ended up not mattering since we didn’t eat the salad anyway. So my advice is call your order in, explicitly ask for plates and utensils if you need them and check your order before the delivery person leaves.

This place is ridiculous ! A while back I had seen a good review so a couple of months ago I called in an order and they said it was going to be ready in 30 minutes. 35 minutes later, I show up and they have no clue where my order is, they finally find it and tell me is going to be another 10 minutes. Way longer than that I get my pizza. Tasted good I’ll give them that. Assuming they were just having an off day I gave them another try tonight. Same exact pizza. They say 45 minutes. Well guess what. An hour and a half later they don’t know what happened to my pizza after he had just told me it was in the oven(already paid) and people are walking out of this place if not sitting here very frustrated. The staff is clueless they honestly seem like they have never seen a pizza before. Never coming back !

Ok pizzas if you like waiting an hour to get it. I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve had to stand around waiting far fast the stated time. It’s not worth the time or price.

Quite possibly the worst thin crust pizza ever. Papa johns is better and cheaper. Their reviews on their website are from 2013 so I assume the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. This was the rice location.

Absolute great food and service. Ate it there, and had a great time. Had the spicy BBQ pizza. Came out quickly and tasted amazing.

The owner of this establishment is a great guy and genuinely cares about the quality of service here. Today I had 216 inch pizzas. One was a meat pizza and the other was for the vegetarians. oMG the pizza was perfectly made. It tasted amazing!!! The vegetables were fresh, the quality of the ingredients were great and the crust was made just right. The establishment has definitely improved since opening and I’m happy about it. I will be eating there again and I can’t wait to try the deep dish. I recommend the Rice Village location where I ate from. I also spoke with someone who tried the location near the Heights and she said it’s the best. Great place to eat pizza!

Had Pizza L’Vino delivered to my apartment tonight! The pizza was okay. Unfortunately the cheese and toppings never settled so when the pizza was delivered most of the toppings and cheese had slid to one side of the pizza! The toppings and cheese also slid off each slice.

The food is good, the prices are good, the delivery time not so much. I basically ordered just an appetizer & a bottle of wine(so cool they can deliver that!) to an address less than 1 mile away and it took them an hour. I called after 45 min, my given estimated wait time, to ask if the driver was lost and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I think his name was Taylor and he said«well we give everyone 45min-1hr»(he failed to tell me that when I placed my order). I said thank you and he didn’t respond and then hung up on me.

Never would have expected this little place in the Rice Village to have such delicious pizza! My friends and I split a pizza, half pepperoni and half margarita. It was a bit overpriced… but it good pizza. Not greasy and crisp crust!

Solid pizza that is somewhat overpriced with the best online ordering experience ever. A deeepdish«meat head» which comes with a ridiculous 6 meats runs 20 dollars but with the addition of a few veggies was 26 dollars. The pizza was quite good and was promptly ready per website instructions but the price bothered me a little. That being said, Twas quite good and loaded with meats. I’ll definitely be going back, but might try the ny style next time. Also, delivery carries a 2 dollar fee.

Was here once and was horrible and plain awful. I’m not talking about the food. I’m talking about the management. Was waiting for my order and all of a sudden someone started cussing at the employees, come to find out it was the owner!!! That language does not need to be tolerated by the employees, nor heard by customers. It was so unprofessional and he should know better. Just because you are the owner does not mean you can speak to people in whatever way you want. Feel horrible for the staff. Will never be back knowing this guy is in charge!

This was my second time having this pizza but at the Waugh location. The pizza was decent here. I wouldnt go out my way to buy it again. I went on a Friday night… seems the quality wasnt as good because they were super busy. I called ahead of time to order my food about 20 minutes out because they didn’t pick up their phone when i originally called 2 times prior. I was put on hold. The guy working the counter seems fairly new at customer service. When you take people’s payment for to go orders it good customer service to let the customer know the ETA on their order. The manager was curteous to know I wasn’t too happy about that & stepped up after few minutes past to help. Let the newness where off before going… doesn’t appear they have adjusted to the volume of orders on busy nights. The pizza was decent… wish the crust was more cooked it didn’t taste hand tossed. Quality of food seemed to go down when they are busy.

Pretty good pizza. Ordered the spicy BBQ Pizza with the NY style crust and the hot wings. Pizza was good, I liked the jalapeños. It gave it a good flavor, however there was not a piece of bacon in sight(even though this was one of the ingredients listed and one of the main reasons we ordered this particular pizza). The crust was good, doughy and cooked just right. The wings were. Meh. Not that crispy, but they were okay. Overall, good food, could be a little better. Still want to give this place another chance, they have some interesting pizzas to choose from. On a side note– Delivery took about an hour on a Friday night(wish I knew that)

I gotta say, I really like this spot. It’s not very large and I don’t see myself dinning in here. One it’s kinda small and two I live right down the street and I rather eat in front of the tv. The pizza we ordered was delicious. It was definitely a garment pizza, and worth the money. The location is near the corner of Rice Blvd. and Kirby Dr. It’s in the Rice Village Arcade, and with so many stores and restaurants it’s kinda easy to miss. But it’s right behind the AT&T store. If you need to pick up a bottle of wine, they also have that available for purchase. I think it’s a great Italian dinner one stop shop! Check them out!

This place is great. I ordered 7 pizzas for delivery on sat. My first time using this place. The pizza is very good. They offer a gluten free crust. Which I ordered on half the pizzas and no one could tell. Of note if you do have a gluten allergy 2 of the sauces have gluten in them which they don’t advertise you have to ask. I highly recommend the bbq chicken and the chicken verde. Both were very good. The bbq chicken has jalapeño on it. Nice touch. Not greasy. Good flavor. I will order from here again. I also has a deep dish meat lover type pizza. The pepperoni. Mediterranean. Margherita. And veggie. Really good prices for the quality. I think my total was $ 130.00 and I fed 20 people. If you are looking for something a little less greasy with more complex flavors than your dominos this is the place.

This is the first time we ordered from this restaurant. Ordered the thin crust pizza with all the yummy toppings and the hot wings. We were hungry and very excited to try the food. What a terrible experience. The hot wings were steamed, soggy and not fresh. Frozen? The pizza was soooo greasy and soggy! It all went into the garbage! And we were hungry!(And still are!) This location is close to our home so we were hopeful for a great new place to order from, NOT going to happen ever again. I am heartbroken we will not be able to order from them again :(
