I have to admit I love Popeyes chicken! But since I’ve been on a «inflammation reduction «vegan diet, I haven’t come near this place. But I had a weak moment and had to at least have one of their Apple pies… best .99 I’ve spent all week!

Drive thru is popular during peak hungry hours. The special has gone up 20 cents, but that won’t stop people from coming. Always a line whenever I go, no matter what day. The parking area surrounding this stand alone location is very spacious so it’s great for parking, the store itself is in the smack middle of a large parking lot for surrounding businesses. I think customer service is not always consistent, but when I get extra friendly cashiers, they are what makes the difference! Food is hot and ready and extra crisp to go though!

I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I wish they would have warned me so I could have had the option of waiting that long or ordering something else that was defrosted.

This location is one of the more updated Popeyes buildings. Unfortunately looks aren’t enough to distract you from poor customer service. I went through the drive-​thru and sat there for a few minutes. No one welcomes me yet, meanwhile in the only one in line. I say hello, hello. They answer and I give my order. One combo with a drink. I have to repeat it twice. Are they listening or talking to each other & not paying attention? When I get to the window the cashier only says the total, no other words. Hands me the bag with out a smile, no thank you, nothing.
These people could really use some customer service training. The chicken was good.
