Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

WHO OWNS THIS PLACE!?!
Like damn! I’ve been to multiple Popeyes and even this one years ago of course but it WAS once better! I’ve never encountered rude people like the ones that work here. EVERY single one of the employees are trashy as all get out! My biggest question & concern is how & who hired them?!? Never again! I’d rather drive 10 + miles to another one then give them another penny! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!

Absolutely the best fast food service ever! Highly recommended, fast and friendly! Every Wednesday night thank you for cooking for me and my family. Great customer service and management!

This is the worst location ever!!! The employees are rude and very unprofessional!!! This is not the first encounter, I ordered through the drive thru in which no one came to the intercom so I had to drive up to the window to place my order, and was told to drive up for someone to bring my food… I waited to the side for 15minutes within that time three different people came up asking me about other orders, the last person said my order but never brought my food out, after patiently waiting another 5 minutes in my car I decided to get out and go inside because now I no longer want the food and my time has been wasted. After going inside and explaining that I’ve been waiting one of the workers picked up a bag that was sitting on the work station and wah lah it was my food sitting there being untouched I told her I no longer want the food and just want my money back, no long story short I did get my money back but the same thing happened to another lady after myself and the workers acted as though it was nothing one of the workers tried to insinuate that I received my food and just wanted my money back NO! I did not receive my food!!! I will never come to this location again!!! The services are horrible!!!

This restaurant is the reason I hate Popeyes. The worst employees I have ever encountered and about three years ago one of the employees wrote down my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. I don’t understand how there’s places are still in business. Popeyes needs to Louisiana get their act together because they sure as heck ain’t fast or good. even this amount of thumbs isn’t adequate

I do not understand why they employee such rude, dirty looking people. All the fast foods joints around are all packed in this area around lunch time except for them. We have to many people out there that need a job so why they have the staff they do just baffles me. Gross I will not return.

The management team is pure trash. Trash, trash, trash, trash. Rude, sorry, scumbags. I don’t know how in the world scum like that gets promoted to management.

This Popeye’s has got to be the WORST in the United States. Everytime I go here at night the first response I get when I pull up to the drive up window is «we only got spicy and mild» and they refuse to serve anything else. I don’t understand how they stay open. In addition to that I had called prior to arriving to verify their hours and nobody answered after 10 rings. Ridiculous experience. Everyone should be fired and they should hire nicer and more people friendly employees.

RUDEST POPEYE’S EMPLOYEES IN HOUSTON! I have had the WORST service at this location. I know MANY people who have called corporate to report these employees.
When I was pregnant I craved crawfish and shrimp poboys. Nine times out of 10 when I ordered a shrimp poboy after 7 p.m. they either told me they were out of shrimp or that they weren’t making any more for the evening!
I HATE how they make you pull up by the door after you place your order then ALWAYS forget to bring you your drinks and sides!
WORST POPEYE’S IN TOWN! Don’t waste your money.
