Slow as molasses… Each and every time I visit! I have no idea why the concept of FAST food doesn’t click with this place! Food is what you can expect from Popeye’s — at least they are consistent! I love the red beans and rice with biscuits!

This place is great for people watching. You see all kind of people here. Co-​worker and I came here through the drive thru for the Tuesday special and it was a long line of cars. We waited because we wanted fried chicken. We didn’t get the Tuesday special because we both wanted white meat instead of dark meat but overall, the food is great. We might come here again but not soon.

The service is terrible. Ill admit the food is good, but man can the employee and even the manager be rude. I waited 15 minutes in line, and then another 45 minute for my order. They didnt even call our number. We had to go to the counter and ask about our order. The employee we talked to asked the manager about it and got an attitude with me saying they already called for us. They gave us an order and told us to take it or leave it. Turned out that they gave us someone’s else’s order. We had #87 and they gave us #97. Wish they could treat their customers better.

Popeyes is the best when it comes to chain fried chicken. The fact that it has a cajun twist is most excellent. The chicken is spicy and crispy. The biscuits are buttery. The mashed potatoes & gravy are fine. The french fries are seasoned and better than your average fast food fry. They serve sweet tea. We come to this location on Tuesdays sometimes to get the 2 piece special for 99c… you just can’t beat that.
There is usually a pretty long line at this drive-​thru, and they have messed up our order before.
