I had hired them to clean my carpets and one area rug. I had to reschedule due to getting a new hot water tank and didn’t want to take a chance of my carpet being soiled from the installers. I was able to switch my appointment without any problem. I was notified in the morning that the crew was on their way. When they arrived the two gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. They did a thorough cleaning of my carpet and area rug. It looks practically brand new. I’m so very pleased with the job they did, I will definitely hire them again. I’d also like to add that the cost was reasonable no up charges for anything!

Awesome customer service… No high stressful sales tactics. The price they quote on the phone is the price they charge when they get to the house.
The technicians are very courteous and professional. Clean cut and speak English.
I know that sounds weird but some companies send guys who can’t or won’t communicate with the customer. Portico technicians wear uniforms and are clean shaving and professional.
I paid $ 99 for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. The other I called in the past would charge almost $ 200 and didn’t even move furniture.
They wanted to charge extra to get my carpet extra clean. I didn’t know there was a difference. I mean when you hire someone to clean your carpet they should do the best job possible not charge you extra to do a better job. I never understood that thought process.
I enjoyed dealing with Portico because I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived and the office called during the job to make sure things were going ok. Then the technicians would communicate and let’s know what they were doing during the cleaning. After the crew left I received a call a few hours later from the office making sure I was satisfied with the cleaning.
I would definitely recommend Portico Steam Cleaners to whoever needs carpet cleaning. I forgot to mention that they offer a 30 day guarantee on the cleaning as well.
