If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I really don’t even know where to start with this place, the employees are unprofessional, they are extremely… EXTREMELY slow, they steal or «misplace» things out of your car, they do sloppy work and the installation is just overall bad! Lets start with the installation, it took 6 hours, and that’s not an exaggeration, it took 6 actual hours. And the guy there had the nerve to get an attitude when i commented on the amount of time i was there. The long install time is something i could understand if they were busy, but i was the 1^st person there and the last person to leave and they only worked on 2 other cars the whole time i was there. I wouldn’t have had a problem with being there all day if the install was done right but i feel like they screwed me over because they lost and didn’t replace 4 screws & a clip that hold my climate control assembly in. They also cut all the wires from my radio wire harness at the base of the radio so I’ll probably have to buy another $ 30 wire harness when I’m ready to sell the radio. One of the wires cut was my blue & white antenna wire so i no longer have AM radio and they reversed my rca’s so my fader controls are in reverse. They scratched up the interior paint around all of my windows when removing my door panels and they knicked my dashboard. They baited and switched me with the price by jacking it up by more than $ 80 from what they quoted me over the phone even when i told the guy what i had and asked him if i needed to buy anything else because I’m not a fan of surprises. And if all that wasn’t enough a few things disappeared from my car and when i told them about it before i left they pleaded ignorance. I only went to this place because i had a rapport with their best installer but he’s no longer there and i didn’t find out until i arrived and i regret not leaving right then and there. Stay away from this place and save your money, they’re backyard installer quality, they’re rude and treat you like they’re doing you a favor doing your install smh…
Edit: they did offer to fix it, but after all the things that went wrong the 1^st time i feel like i was lucky to make it out of there without everything being completely messed up so i just rather pay someone else to fix their mess.
