They offer financing though Wells Fargo, and accept credit cards. But do offer a discount if you pay cash/check. The bad: 1. The my existing duct work was not put back properly causing problems in my air balance, leaving some rooms hot and some cold. 2. The American Standard(brand I was pushed to buy) outside unit is so loud! From inside the house, in any room adjacent to it, it sounds like you’re next to a box fan on ultra high. 3. The ducts leak air where they re-attached them to the new unit in the attic. They said«that’s normal». They didn’t leak before! 4. They were more expensive than alternatives for apples to apples. 5. The owner wouldn’t stop calling me before the check was written. Then after they received the check, they won’t call me back!!! 6. I paid ~$ 6k. My neighbor had the same problem and his AC guy fixed it for $ 2k!(With a 5 – 10 year warranty!) 7. They finished install and asked to be paid. I said the city hasn’t inspected yet, how about 50/50, or even 75⁄25 between install and city green tag. The owner got very aggressive with me and demanded I pay them. It was disheartening, as a few days before he acted like my best friend. The good. My AC went out but had a sticker from this place with dates indicating there might still be a warranty. Got a call back from the owner and he remembered my house, previous owner and the neighbors. That was great! We ended up foregoing the warranty idea and started talking about a new unit. He was so attentive trying to answer my questions, you would have thought the guy was a relative. The day before I said install your system — he called me about 8 times, up to 8:30pm trying to get me information. I wanted a Carrier unit, he talked me into an American Standard. He insisted I believe their a better unit(all be it more expensive). I reluctantly approved and they started work immediately. That was great! They even have a portable AC you can use for free if their not able to start or finish the install in a day.

Swift, on time and a little bit pricey. I did like that the technician called in to make sure the part on his truck was compatible with my unit. The only problem was that the capacitor was priced too high. I don’t mind people making a profit, but 300% mark up is a bit much.
