Professional Cleaners

I cannot recommend this place anymore. The last few drop offs I’ve had, stains were not gotten out, and I’ve subsequently learned to check my clothes before I leave. Even when I show them and they are marked for extra stain removal, sometimes they still don’t get them out, and won’t tell you. My old dry cleaners would notify me at pick up if they had issues, and always got specified stains out. My final straw was today, when I picked up my bed duvet. They charged me over 50.00 for cleaning it. There explanation was since it’s a King it costs more. I’ve never paid over 25.00 for its cleaning before. Just to make sure I’m not crazy, I went to Comet Cleaners on Westheimer near HEB at S Kirkwood. They would have only charged me 23.00. Do NOT use Professional Cleaners. They are not professional, do not offer consistent quality cleaning, and certainly over charge for their service. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and get actual quality cleaning services elsewhere.

Lost my pants on the first and only time I needed dry cleaning and made ridiculous lies about change of management and not being able to let me speak with a manager/​owner. Thieves/​liars/​scum are all good words to describe the people working here. Avoid the trouble and go somewhere else.

My husband and I have been using professional cleaners for over 10 years and even though we’ve moved inside the loop we still drop our clothes off here. I’ve never had a problem, the service is always very nice and courteous. The prices are reasonable… not the cheapest but not sky high.
