This places floods. But they don’t tell you until 2 weeks later. My elderly grandparents had been paying storage here. They were not notified until yesterday when they came go PAYFORTHESTORAGE on a Saturday. They were told to vacate in TWODAYS so they had to move everything in the storage on Saturday and Sunday. This was atleast a week and a half after the recent floods. No one officially«called» until they called me a secondary contact today: Sunday. I got a call from Dawn saying she was contacting me to say the unit was flooded. I asked why are you calling me and I am not the main contact and this isn’t right and that my grandparents already found this out YESTERDAY. She quickly retreated and said she would remove me from the list. I asked her why and she hung up. I called back and apologized for my heated tone but she would be speaking to the main ppl not me. This reeked of covering their butts and not actually helping the customer. I told her how fair is making us move in two days and dawn said if you need a day or two help to let them know. No duh dawn. Landlords give more time to move! Two days after atleast not being notified after a week??? Shame on this place and dawn and Tiffany and anyone in that office who operates a business like this. Best believe I will meet these people and see why they moved like this.

This is a excellent storage facility. It was very neat and clean. I toured there about two weeks ago with staff member Alexis. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She displayed what good customer service is all about. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage on this side of town.
