The service here was a 2 maybe. After I got into contract they put a lock on my storage twice and after moving I was exhausted and frustrated I couldn’t get in. The next morning came and I had to get the lock removed (mind you I had been there for less than a month so there were no fees included in this situations). Both times my storage was locked they said it was an «accident» was absolutely ridiculous. Thomas also lied and said my bill was due on the first of the month but when I talked to the property manage he said it was due on month from the day I opened the account. So many lies lol but anywho hopefully I’ll never need a storage again.

I had a great experience here at this location. Thomas and Jeremy were so great at explaining everything for me and helping me understand everything. They also had amazing customer service and friendly welcoming. They were also took the time to show me the sizes of the rooms and how convince things would be for the stuff I had. I also had a great time talking to Thomas. They both took the time and effort to give me my storage right away. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.
