Bri was incredibly helpful and provided exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. She asked questions to see if the unit met my needs and did not try to oversell me. While showing me the facility she explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond. A few days later she followed up with me to make sure the transition into the storage unit was up to my standards and asked if there was anything she could do to help. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the excellent friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I highly recommend this location.
