The staff is the best. I have never had anything but the best service here and would refer this location to anyone in need of storage. The DM Jana is very nice and helpful.

I was referred to this storage facility by my son, who said the location and customer service were great. He was right! Malinda and Chelsea were awesome! This location is close to my apartment, easy to access, and well lit at night. When completing my contract, Chelsea was extremely patient, and explained everything to me step by step. She made sure I was comfortable with the contract, the price and the location of the storage. When I asked Chelsea a question about the discount, she gave me an honest answer, but she also asked Malinda to confirm. Unfortunately, I could not receive the discount because I had a storage on the other side of town. I was transferring units, not moving into a new unit. Oh well… Malinda and Chelsea’s customer service made up for it! This will definitely be my storage of choice, and I recommend it to you if it’s convenient for you.
