Came in today and Ms Barbara was so kind and very helpful. She wade out my options on two units a 10×10 or a 10×20. I had surgery aug.6 and I’m using a walker to get around. Ms Barbara came out to help me even holding the door open for me and when we went out to look at the units, Barbara made it possible for me to stay in my car so that I didn’t have to hop around on one leg and use my walker that I keep in my back seat of my car. She offered boxes, or other services that I didn’t even think about. Ms Barbara was so polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer Ms Barbara and public storage with my friends and family.

The location has been burgalarized since using their facility and the company has yet to follow-​up with their customers, check and see if anyone needs anything, or ask how they could assist in making accommodations for the inconvenience it has caused. Decent location, nice people in the office, however, poor customer service.
