Very VERY, and trust me when I say Very small place… I drove right past it because it’s in a small little shopping center with 1 strip of parking in the front(which had no cars parked there). The reception area was clean and I was immediately greeted by the employee sitting at the desk. Once we checked in we were a little confused where to go or what to do and wandered around for a minute before I had to ask how to get to the bounce room. Once inside I was shocked… There was a whopping total of 3, yes I said three inflatables in a relatively small room. At $ 8 a kid you would think there would be more like the other locations. The seating for the adults is not much, a couple chairs and benches around(the day I came there wasn’t super busy but has a good amount of kids and there was no seating open the entire 1.5 hours that I was there). As far as the cleanliness… There were at least 10 kids that did not have socks on. The employee saw this and did not say or do anything about it, a little kid had a bottle of Gatorade that he spilled at the top of the slide but again the employee wasn’t bothered by that either. I also did not like that there was not a designated place for the little kids… Everyone was just mixed together and every couple of minutes you would hear a kid crying because they got jumped on or pushed by a big kid. Very poor planning!

This business is mostly catered for kids from toddler to, maybe, around the age of eight. We were there last night because of my nephew’s 3rd birthday. When we arrived, the front desk/reception area was unmanned, and we had to search which party room my nephew’s birthday was being held in. The place isn’t that big, so we(correctly) guessed it was the room with the balloons, and the hyper kids were at. The floor of the room was sticky, but it had a big cartoonish throne where my nephew was enjoying his pizza and bottled water. If you are planning to hold a party there for your child, the place does provide the food and drink: pizzas, bottled water, and juice packs. I think they also provided the balloons, also. The other party favors are provided by you. As for the staff, I didn’t have a chance to interact with them. I don’t know how many were on duty, but they seemed nice.

So the grand kids wanted to go again. The wife called yesterday to verify that they are open and was told that yesterday they were booked for parties so no general admission but that today they will be open 8:00 — 10:00AM; 11:00 — 1:00PM, etc. showed up at 11:10AM to find out they only open in afternoon. The girl at the desk accused my wife of lying and said she did not say they will be open today. She lied to us, and more importantly, because of her lying our grand kids were sorely disappointed! No stars at all(system requires me to give them at least one) — lousy place with lousy business practices!

Decent place for kids birthday parties. I had my daughter’s party here a while back. It’s a typical bounce house venue where kids can jump and play for an hour and 15 minutes, then cake and pizza for 30 minutes. It’s okay but it does not have a wow factor. Maybe if the staff was more outgoing or engaged that would help make a difference.

Meh is right. I went here for my nephew’s 3rd birthday party and I wasn’t impressed with the party planning of the facility. The place itself was really fun for the kids. There are a variety of indoor air conditioned inflated areas where kids can jump, slides, or run an obstacle course. The kids really enjoyed themselves. There was seating for the adults which was good, and they also allow adults to go on the inflatables with their kids(or in our case, nephew). This place is lacking in their party follow through. I’m not expert on little kids, but when you have a bunch of 2 and 3 year old kids together for a party, you cannot sit them down in a circle and get them to play a complicated game of superheros and villains. And is that even appropriate anyway? I know they try and sell a package to parents, but it has be age appropriate and this wasn’t. the kids sat there looking confused as some kids ran around not knowing who to chase. If you go here for a party with tiny tots like we did, don’t get a themed party, just go bounce! Afterward we went into a party room where the kids ate and sang Happy Birthday. The facility ran out of drinks, which was the end of the world to one little girl :(They need enough of everything! I loved their method of blowing out candles. They have a large air gun that the kid points at the cake. Candles blown out and we all get spit-free cake. Yes! Overall, I can see why people like this place, BUT just go bounce and don’t do a party here. OR rent the time but not their themed parties. Oh and they could use better lighting in the bounce room or is it dark to hide all the little kid stains? eww.
