Walked in the door and was not greeted. One lady just sat there on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. The other lady just got done cutting a man’s hair and didn’t even ask to see if anyone else is waiting to get theirs. Mins later a man walked in and one of the lady got up right away. And after that another man walked in and the lady that was on her phone greeted to see if he needed any service. While waiting for my fiancé to get his cut by one of the guys that have a waiting list, I told him I’ll take my $ somewhere else.

Not all, but definitely some of the barbers/stylist here are definitely racist towards African Americans. I’ve come here from time to time for touch ups over the years. However today the lady nearest the door refused my service. I gave her benefit of the doubt of possibly not being able to cut my hair type, but overheard her telling the Caucasian customer she overpasses me for of how she«doesn’t like cutting Indian Man’s Hair». Im not sure if she was referring to me or not, but it definitely wreaks of some type of type of prejudice from my perspective. I will not be going back here.

I’ve been taking my son here since it opened a few years ago. Much like Q Salon 1, service is always fast and friendly. And when I say fast, I mean FAST! Usually, a chair becomes free before we can even get comfortable in the waiting area. We’ve had a few visits where my son got a mediocre cut but usually, it’s totally on point. For $ 7, you can’t beat that. They do a LOT of business and seem to have more than enough barbers and stylist to accommodate their clientele. I do wish they had a sign up sheet though. It seems you’ve just gotta keep an eye on the people in the wait area to know when it’s your turn.
