Was here 2÷23÷16 around 11:30am. Busy location downtown. You will see all types from cops, to attorneys, to criminals being its in the courthouse/legal district. I had what is called veggie caprese? Price was 3.50 which I felt was good being it was tasty and healthy.

Sandwich was made surprisingly quickly given the peak lunch hour I arrived at. Cashier was very polite and courteous. Good management/ownership!

I saw the bad reviews but decided to go here anyways because I was hungry and didn’t want to eat court house food(for jury duty). Why not right? It’s conveniently located diagonally across the street! I ordered a regular sized chicken carbonara. The sandwich was made quickly, but after unwrapping it I realized why. The sandwich must have flown through the toaster because it didn’t even toast my sandwich at all. It really just warmed it up. Because of that, my bread was flopping open into pieces and spilling contents everywhere. No crunch, just mush. Tsk tsk tsk. On top that, this Quiznos keeps the pickles, jalapeños, and sauces behind the counter. You have to ask the employee to put them in your sandwich for you. The cashier(who appeared to be a manager or owner), did not accept plastic because the credit card machine was broken. Good thing I had cash or else I would have been screwed. Note that he reacted as if the cash registered started having credit card reading issues that day. I’m wondering if it will happen to you too. Some places only do cash to avoid paying higher taxes. This place can improve by: –Ensuring the sandwich gets toasted! –Allowing condiments to be self served

Service is generally slow and indifferent, but if you are patient, you’ll get the same Quiznos sandwich that you get at any other place.

I am all for hiring the mentally challenged, but this place has gone a little too far. I called in an order and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. For 3 sandwiches? 20 minutes? Fine. So, I get there 25 minutes later and guess what — they hadn’t even started making my order. How hard can it be? You make sandwiches and I ordered sandwiches… see how it works? So, they let me stand there another 10 minutes without even bothering to make my order. Ridiculous!
