I wouldn’t be able to tell you how many times I’ve driven by Raspberry Rose and just think to myself how cute their window displays are. The mannequins are always decked out in pretty and casual outfits and dresses with adorable accessories. One afternoon when I got off of work early, I finally decided on a whim to turn into their parking spaces and check out their store.(TIP: Raspberry Rose shares about 8 parking spaces with RightStart directly in front of their stores.) While their inventory is quite small, they carry mostly casual wear(tops, dresses, bottoms, jewelry) with well-known brands like Michael Stars, Spanx, and 7 For All Mankind, to name a few. Their items seem quite pricey(most things I saw were over $ 80), but they tend to have frequent store-wide sales(check out their Facebook page for updates). No sale was going on when I dropped by, but they did have a few jeans that were marked down from ~$ 80 – 100 to $ 30, which seems pretty good. The clothes in the store were a little underwhelming, and it made me wonder where all those cute clothes in the window and their website came from(maybe I didn’t look hard enough!). They carried a nice variety of fashionable yet simple jewelry, but they too were quite pricey. Overall, it’s a decent boutique, but it’s a little over my price range. I’ll try dropping by the next time they have a sale to see if they have good steals. TIP: They’re partnered up with Loop Shoes & Accessories, which is right across the street on Rice Blvd.
