no b.s. review! please read! i hate dealing with people, especially sales people… you know commission based sales people… its all about them! ! not!!! not!!! shawn and claire kirby! they are the kind people you meet and want to befriend! the kind of people that you want to have in your life and talk to daily! we bought our first home from them! we saw over 50 homes! every step of the way they were patient, they knew we were picky etc… and were totally fine with it! we drove around talking for hours… we bought our home in 2010 for 124… its now 2015 claire just sold our home for 250k again no b.s. call me ill explain it all! 7752875952 we just bought a home that 3700 sq feet! our dream home! its hard to explain via internet… but the first buyers on our home lied and fell through 2 days before closing. people shoudl stop lying and lenders should do there jobs more throughly, either way… keep in mind the sale we supossed to close yesterday 8−13−15… today is 8−15−15 we are already in contract to a new buyer for more!!! more! then the first buyer! thanks you claire and shawn! you are truley the sweetest nicest people ive every met! i cant say enough about you! i love you guys ! i will always remember you as the couple that gave me and my babys our dream home! greg tobin– cutting edge window tinting*- remote start reno llc 7752875952.

I can’t say i was overly pleased with the service. There are some things in customer service that should be expected without having to say something. I ended up building a house instead of buying. Granted, most of the communication is taken up between the buyer and the builder, but if you have an agent they should be advising you and staying in touch until the transaction has ended. This was not the case. After i agreed to build, my agent disappeared until I I included mgmt in communications. He was not available for my closing inspections and was not overly concerned with involving himself in the process. I ended up having to find advice elsewhere when my agent should have been helping me through the process. It was an education for me. That said, make sure you express what your expectations are before doing business and ensure that whoever helps you will or will not be able to meet those expectations.

Horrible Agent. Extremely rude, and self centered. All this guy cares about is making him commission. He listed my house, and he kept trying to get me a quick sale by continously reducing my price, but not his commission! I did most of the work for the sale of my house, took us several months, and he had the audacity to yell at me on the day of closing. This agent is not only rude, selfish, self centered, but doesn’t do much to sell the property. He never even does open houses. It was waste of money, and on the day of closing he doesn’t even guide his client through the paper work, nor give a thank you appreciation gift. Stay away from this guy, all he cares about is his stupid commission. Horrible experience!
