Last week I stopped in to drop off my boots to get repaired. I left a deposit and picked them up a couple of days ago. They look really good with new back heel tips and the front of the boots are not talking/​flapping anymore. The service is fast and nice. I did ask if my purse could be repaired and unfortunately he said no. At least I continue wearing my favorite 6 year old leather boots.
The parking is small enough for a handful of vehicles. Depending on which direction you are headed, you might pass up the place since the location converted into a business. Their location is really convenient from downtown area.
