Apparently, they are paying $ 40 to current tenants to give them a good review on other sites. Maybe they are doing it for Unilocal,too. Beware. They are not a company that you want to rent from if you can avoid it.

Love that I can pay my rent online! I haven’t even been my place a month yet, but so far so good! The move-in process was quick and simple. The residential«rewards» program looks pretty cool too.

Great Company! I have had my share of poor management with prior management, but I have had no issues with them so far. Maintenance is handled within a few days. Easy payment options(auto withdrawal, online). Pretty happy the owner of my house has found a good company to work with.

THEMOSTHORRIBLEMANAGEMENTCOMPANYEVER! I lived in one of their properties for one year and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. First, they«forgot» to clean my apartment when I moved in so I did it myself(they took a small amount off my rent). The appliances were so old I asked them if they could replace them, but they refused. The bath tub is a straight hazard because their method of «fixing» things is to just slap another layer of paint on everything. Keep in mind they don’t bother to sand down the old layers. It’s amazing a piece didn’t chip off into my foot. The maintenance… OMG. They have THREE different numbers they give you to call(one on the lease, one on the rent-pay site and one on the after hours voice mail) and God help you if you aren’t smart enough to figure out the right one. Two separate times the exact same thing happened. I called for a maintenance issue, they said they would send someone and a week goes by with nothing happening. Then when they finally come and fix it, another company comes behind them the next day trying to fix it and knows nothing about the other guys who fixed it already! And guess who gets to handle the pissed off company that’s in the dark? Me! Did I mention there is no smoking in your own place? Yeah they put that in the lease. Know what else is in there? You have to let prospective tenants come in to see your place for the last 30 Days of your lease so they can get it rented out right away. They basically let you do the marketing for them. It’s extremely disruptive. It’s also standard procedure for them to file a motion to evict THREE days after the rent is due. Huh? The regular grace period is five days and even then companies rarely file a motion to evict. But now that I have left that dirty hell hole they are deliberately taking the full 30 days to return my $ 1200 deposit. These people are about as helpful as Hitler. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHESECLOWNS!
