Rene is simply the BEST !! I am a Former Professional Dancer and because of a torn ACL had to stop dancing :-(. I had ACL Repair Surgery Three years ago and since Then I have dealt with Swelling, Constant/Chronic Pain, and Stiffness. Even after Physical Therapy, My knee still felt awful. UNTIL I met Renee at Elite FX! Renee has Shown me exercises that strengthen all of my muscles around my knee. AND has even helped me with my flexibility. Renee Constantly is motivating me and keeps my régime interesting and reasonable! I am male, 33 years old and have had a trainer since my early 20s. I am Glad i have found Renee and am confident he will help anyone reach their fitness goals. OH and I have started dancing again:-)
*on a side note, Elite Fx is super clean and friendly. They also offer pilates, boxing and bootcamps.
