Residence Inn Houston I-10 West

This hotel was like a breath of fresh air. After many less pleasant stays at other hotels on a very long road trip our experience here was wonderful and needed.
The room was clean and large enough to relax in. Complete with a full kitchen, fridge, and cutlery. We were able to unwind on the large L shaped sofa sectional that was soft and comfy.
The bathroom was large and the bed was firm enough to give my back a rest from driving.
On top of the wonderful room the staff was welcoming and professional. From the minute we walked in I felt as if they made it a point to illustrate their appreciation for every patron. Our counter clerk was warm and friendly and made us feel great about the choice we made in a hotel from the minute he said hello.
I fully recommend this hotel to others. It was the best that we stayed at on our week long drive! Great hotel from top to bottom.

This place goes out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Very neat and clean and the staff is helpful. We stayed here for three weeks I would recommend the king suite in the corners. Thanks for all the great service.
