Residence Inn Houston Northwest/Cypress

This hotel is very clean, friendly staff and to my shock I arrived on a Wednesday night and they had free spaghetti, rolls, fruit, wine and beer. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. I stayed 3 nights and I have recommended this hotel to family and friends.

First visit to Houston ! Perfect base for our family vacation ! Right next to the 290 for access to Beltway 8 and downtown attractions. New hotel with modern conveniences ! We stayed in a 2 bed suite that was ready at arrival. I used the Marriott app to check in prior to arrival and they let us know when the room was ready ! Loved the stay, breakfast plentiful and yummy ! Love the waffles always that’s why I pick residence inn my only complaint was that housekeeping took my barely used bag of cascade dishwashing pods ! they did keep putting their own satchets daily but I brought that bag with me so I expected it to remain in the kitchen with my stuff !!! Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Huge hospital right across the street and gas station and a 24 hour jack in the box steps away right next to the hotel !
