It’s a really nice, customer service oriented bank. Every time I go to do any type of transaction it takes me less than 10 minutes! I’m usually in and out. Only thing that sucks is that this location is kinda far from my house. They have the jones location also and I feel like it’s just way more traffic on that side of town anywho I’d recommend them to everyone!

Well my fiancé and I got approved for an auto loan of $ 15,000 through Capital One with poor credit, but Resource One did not approve us for a $ 1,600 unsecured loan (that we wanted to use to pay off my auto loan which is also through Resource One) so that we could receive title and sell it, based on our credit, so not much of a credit union, is it…

The facility is nice with a very wide open lobby. I’ve only been inside twice. I tried to do a shared branch deposit through the drive thru, but any shared branch transactions have to be done inside. My visit last week was soooo slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the one clerk helped people at the drive thru. When she finally got to me, she didn’t have enough money in her drawer to help me, so I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone else could come and help. It was so frustrating to have to wait that long just for one single deposit. I don’t think I’d want to bank there. And what bank only has 1 attendant during lunch on a Friday!!! Crazy.
