Rice Stadium Beer Garden

I just visited Rice Football Stadium for a Saturday night football game. Granted my team won and that may be part of my good mood. But, I was very pleased to find out about the Rice Beer Garden. Located in the north endzone area, the beer garden is run by Prince’s Hamburgers.
Although I didn’t eat, they offer burgers, hot dogs, sodas, waters, and most importantly… BEER! That’s right, beer in a college stadium. Granted they keep you behind a fence… as if the Rice fans get really rowdy… but, it was a major perk to have beer during the game on such a hot night.
