Terrible bedside manner. Speaks disrespectfully to patients. Odd place. strange and unprofessional.

This is my first review outside of the restaurant category. I’ve been seeing Dr. Richards for almost 2 years now. To me, a good doctor addresses the issue and resolves them. I felt like she did her job perfectly in each of my visits. She is very straight forward with you and I appreciate this characteristic. Her office may not be the most glamorous and updated environment, but you’re not there for a social call. She is convenient to where I live and whenever I feel sick, she’s the one I go see. She asks the right questions about the issue, as well as, outside factors that may influence my overall well-​being. I find her down to earth and approachable. It’s true, she may seem «unprofessional» to the normal standards, wearing comfortable clothes (workout attire), but I firmly believe she’s a good doctor who knows what she is doing.

Very strange and unprofessional experience with a «doctor» I never plan to see again. Yikes.

Visited with another doctor for a much needed second opinion on some very sensitive and serious issues (after a very bad experience with this office two months prior). Marrie Richards was completely aggressive (passive) in suggesting that I remove my precious body parts. And she was not pleasant in delivering the misinformed message. Had not even read the reports correctly from the radiologist when I met with her — just horrid.

This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever visited. She has gone through 3 receptionists in three month. They required that I pay cash for my co-​pay. I could hear into the other rooms while I was in the exam room so I’m sure they could hear why I was at the office. When I was taken to the exam room to wait it was dirty with the prior person’s sheets and trash. She didn’t shake my hand or introduce herself and now I am constantly battling against her with my insurance company because of incorrect claims and reimbursements.
